Carnival had struck the two teens earlier than expected, forcing them to rush. Oikawa was already dressed and waiting for {F/N} – who still had to put on, like, half of the outfit. "{F/N}-chan, it's almost time~"
He adjusted the top hat he wore with a smirk and waited for the girl to come out of the bathroom, but she weren't quite finished yet.
"I'm sorry, okay? These socks are really tight and this skirt is a pain in the ass. Literally."
The brunette chuckled, not being able to wait to go outside with her. He insisted on being the Mad Hatter for Carnival, and he wouldn't pass up on any chance to see {F/N} in a cat suit. So, since she wasn't exactly fond of walking around in pink and purple all day, she just went for a black version of a cat, instead of being the Cheshire Cat.
Checking herself over in the mirror, she couldn't help but admit that this looked good on her. The cat ears intertwined in her hair, the yellow lenses in her eyes, the tail hanging from the skirt – {F/N} was ready to go.
"Even though this is ridiculous, I do look pretty damn good as a cat." She laughed, unlocking the bathroom door and presenting herself all dressed up. Handing Oikawa a waterproof eyeliner, she smiled at him. "Could you draw the whiskers?"
He stared at the eyeliner in his hands and looked confused, not understanding how it would work.
Sighing, she took it from his hands and took the top off. "Here."
Giving it back to him, he tried to keep his hand as steady as he could when drawing the lines on her face. When he was done, he looked satisfied and gave it to her again.
"You look cute, {F/N}-chan~"
"Looking good yourself! Should we meet up with the other guys?"
Oikawa showed her his phone and shook his head sadly, "Iwa-chan said he's going to be late. Not that I mind being alone with you~"
{F/N} ruffled his hair before grabbing his car keys whilst flicking her wrists at him. "Me-ow," She purred, "Let's get this show on the road."

The parade had been going for quite a while now, and the two of them were enjoying themselves. They had lost Iwaizumi and the other guys in the crowd, but that didn't stop the two teens from having fun.
"Should we head to a place that's somewhat quiet?" {F/N} asked, her head pounding from the never ending music.
"Anything for you, {F/N}-chan~"
He grabbed her hand and dragged her through the horde of people, making her turn a shade of red when feeling how warm his hand was. He spotted a café in the distance and brought her there, buying her a coffee to soothe her headache.
"Thanks, Tooru."
"No problem~ I'm gonna get myself something right quick. Be right back~"
The brunette let her alone at the table and started chatting with the boy behind the register, pointing and looking at her every so often.
"What are they talking about?" {F/N} wondered, but quickly averted her gaze whilst taking a sip from your coffee.
The boy that served him nodded and soon Oikawa returned, apologizing for it taking so long. "The coffee machine was acting up... He'd get us our stuff as soon as it was done."
She raised a brow, "You ordered me another coffee?"
The boy smiled nervously and scratched the back of his head, closing his eyes for a few seconds. "Yeah... I figured you'd like another one. I'm sorry, {F/N}-chan~"
After seeing that wonderful smile of his, she couldn't help but smile herself. "I-It's fine, don't sweat it!"
She hated her stuttering and desperately dropped her hands on the table, wanting to drop her head next if it wasn't for Oikawa chuckling at her.
"What is it?" She pouted, seeing him place his hands on hers.
"I just think you're adorable~"
The girl wanted to hide her face behind her hands but she couldn't, meaning her blush was displayed all over her face.
The boy from behind the register finally came over with two cups of coffee and placed Oikawa's down first, waiting for the boy's suggestive hint before putting {F/N}'s cup down in front of her. "Enjoy your coffee!" He smiled, before leaving.
"Well, that was sweet." She chuckled, before looking down at her coffee. A heart was created in the foam, and there was a small note in Oikawa's handwriting on the plate next to the cup.
"{F/N}, will you be my girlfriend?", it read, which was something she wasn't expecting. Her eyes widened when seeing it, and when seeing the cute grin on the face of the brunette in front of her, there was no way she could say no.
"Do you want me to reply by buying you another coffee, or...?" She asked, making the two of them laugh.
He let go of her hands and averted his gaze from her, nervously looking over to the side as he waited for his answer.
{F/N} got up from her chair and walked over to him, pecking his cheek before sitting back down to take a sip of her coffee. "Of course I will."
