F O U R
Haeun
I arose from sleep when I felt someone gripping me from behind. I could already feel the heat of the rising sun escaping the curtains that glide through the sea wind.
My eyes slowly dwindle from it's tightness. I glance at the arms that is stopping me from moving away. Expecting it was Jihun, I was shock to see Sehun peacefully nodding off.
I almost bump unto his face when I tried to turn my face at his direction. He was too close and I could feel his gentle breath stroking my nape.
"Sehun.."
I tried pushing his arms away but it was clinging too tight.
"Sehun, Wake up. The kids are gone."
My hands gently pat his limbs to gradually get him up. But Sehun was being stubborn in the morning. He just groan and pulled me closer to his naked top.
Yes. He's definitely exposed and either I wasn't expecting to see him like this in the morning.
Last time I remember he was completely clothed before going to bed!
"Sehun?"
I kept a small distance because I couldn't handle being that close to him.
"Haeun, They're fine."
His hoarse voice sent quaver in my body. He move a little.
"They went out with Hyungs to see the sunrise."
That filled my bewilder thoughts. I check the time at the bed side table. It was seven am. Therefore, Sunrise is almost done.
"Let's get ready. We have to go check the twins. We can't let your Hyungs look after them the whole day."
I push myself up. But I squealed when Sehun suddenly grab my arms. Pulling me back to bed. His reflexes was fast. I just found myself being under him in that few seconds.
"Sehun! Don't do that." I couldn't stop scolding him.
Well, I was too surprise at what he did!
He manage his gaze before staring at me. Weary was evident in those eyes. As if he didn't have the greatest sleep from last night.
"Tell me I wasn't dreaming, Haeun."
I was confused but then I tried to recoup what he was trying to speculate.
About last night, I just made myself to be his official girlfriend.. Again.
"You said Yes. Right?"
Sehun look too eager to know my answers. His brows we're creased. Creating a line all throughout the bridge of his nose.
Didn't I tell how handsomely dominant he is when he does that?
"What are you talking about?"
I raised a brow to tease him. Planning to play a little hoax against his curious thoughts.
I was wondering under him when he cussed. It made me stun.
"Fck! You've got to be kidding me!"
Sehun started to look trouble. Perhaps, suspecting it was only a part of his dream?
I wanted to laugh at his reaction but I need to keep with my act.
"Y-You said yes last night, Haeun. I mean- I ask you about it! Fuck... This is impossible."
I lend a doubtful gaze at him.
"I don't know what you're talking about, Sehun. You must be dreaming."
His face went dull. He was hopeless and that's the cue for me to escape.
Fortunately, He didn't have enough strength to stop me. He was too occupied to fix the puzzle in his mind.
Damn. I couldn't hardly keep my laugh!
"Fck! No, It's impossible!"
Sehun nudge his face with his palms. He look so helpless after motioning the living room.
"We were there and.. W-We were having the conversation and Damn it! It's seem so real!"
I shake my head at him to support my act.
"I don't know what you're talking about, Sehun. We need to change now. So, We could join them for breakfast."
As soon as I turned, The enormous grin plastered on my face. I went straight to the bathroom while hearing him complain.
"Haeun, It was true! You said yes! I know I wasn't dreaming!"
I shake my head before closing the door and locked it.
After we got to change into more decent clothes, We went straight to the restaurant. Sehun was rarely quiet while walking beside me the whole time. There was a frown on his face and you could tell how pissed he was.
When we reach the buffet restaurant, My expectation was right. Everyone was already there joining the kids for breakfast, Enjoying the food. They seem to be having a lot of fun for the last day.
"Mommy and Daddy is here!"
Jieun scream taking their attention. She was sitting beside Kyungsoo and the man looks relishing of his uncle duties.
"We already expect you'll get late."
Kris protruded bestowing them glances. I chuckled and greet everyone. Unlike Sehun who kept silent behind me.
"Good Morning, Mommy!"
Jihun went down from his seat to come meet them with hugs. I gleamed. I smooch his adorable cheeks.
"Good morning to you too, Young Man. What are you eating for breakfast?"
Jihun held my bands. He yanked me to his own direction where he reserved two seats for us.
"I have pancakes. Come here, Daddy!"
Sehun lend a small smile. He played with Jihun's hair before taking the space at the corner. We end up having Jihun as a gap between them.
I frown at his actions.
"Someone just slept in a wrong side of the bed." Baekhyun tease before sipping his coffee.
There eyes quickly shifted at the corner where Sehun was. He is already starting to eat without noticing anyone, Even me.
"Yah Maknae, stop ruining the mood. Everyone should be happy on our last day!"
Luhan exclaim making everybody else nod and agree further.
I glance at his direction.
He just nod his head without glancing at them and busy himself by taking care of Jihun. He didn't even complain of Kyungsoo being close with Jieun which he usually does.
"Mommy, you should try this! It taste so good!"
Jihun hand a spoon of pancake, seizing my view from his father.
I jerk my head and devoted my time to join their conversation instead. Sehun was quiet the whole time. If he wasn't busy talking with Jihun, he would occupied himself with his phone.
Suho once tried involving him to the chitchat. But he will strive to distant himself after one word and that's it.
"We're going island hopping today."
Suho announce in the middle of our rest at the beach after breakfast. We decided to stay here while waiting for our ride at the near dock. The management told us it will take a few minutes to arrive from the middle of the sea.
Some of the members were sitting and lying over the sun loungers and some were fascinating the kids with the sands.
I watch them when Suho proceed to dictate his plans,
"The authority said we could do some water activities near the coral spots. Would you guys like to try that?"
I couldn't give answers to Suho at the moment. Knowing that I was struggling to withstand my anxiety with the deep sea. My hands were sweating discreetly.
"Sounds good." Kris fix his sunglasses. "We could do kayaking too."
"Bananana Boating!" Chanyeol raise his hand. "We have to try that!"
"Oh, Oh! Jet skiing!" Luhan added.
"We also have to try Kneeboarding and Paddleboarding! We have to bet who's going to win this time!" Chen declared making them all acknowledge him.
They started suggesting some water sports that weren't really familiar to me. Obviously, I don't like waters so I'm not interested in knowing what kind of sports they will offer. Never.
"We could request that to the next island stop. But the kids could only do snorkeling, kayaking, and jet skiing."
"That's fine. Sehun will be there to guide his twins. Right, Maknae?"
We all glance at him at the end lounger. His hands were clasping together with his elbow rested over his lap. "Of course." He answered still serious as he could be.
"Then we're good to go!"
Everyone was excited when the yacht arrived. It will take us to the next island that they choose to visit this morning. Except me who was having a hard time trudging unto the entrance after everyone. The twins look excited and I couldn't see fear in their eyes. Unlike me.
"Mommy, Let's go! hurry up!"
I grip the sling of my camera bag. I bit my lips when I felt an arms clasping my waist.
"Go on." Sehun murmured to my ears. "I'm here. So, You'll be fine." He said trying to assure my fear.
"Are we going to be safe while riding this boat?"
It's not that I don't trust their safety allegations. But you couldn't blame my anxiety with waters. it's triggering my panic.
"I'm sure, Babe. Now get inside before the boat move."
I took a nice breath before stepping the yacht floor. Sehun came after me and secure my waist with his arms before I could even quiver in dread. He lend me to the direction where his friends are.
I saw Kai and Lay securing the kids near the railings of the boat.
"Yehet! I'm going to see the fishes before we go!"
Everybody laugh at Jieun's reaction.
"Uncle Kai, Can we get some fishes too?"
Kai look surprise at her request. Though he didn't want to disappoint her, he shake his head to quibble.
"Princess, we can't take the fish with us." His hands caress her hair up to the tip.
"But why not?" She pout and made a grim.
"Because they live here. There families too. You wouldn't want to take them away from their relatives, right?"
Jieun suspect the waters and nod. "Okay, I won't."
"How about we buy you some fish when we get home instead?" Jieun turn delighted at what he said.
Perhaps, Kai couldn't contain her cuteness that it made him concede.
Oh, they are spoiling them too much.
"Really, Uncle Kai?!" He nod looking so sure.
"Yeah and we will buy them some foods too."
"And also a home for them? They need an aquarium to live."
Kai grin before leaning to reach her cheeks. He kiss her. "We will buy everything they need, Princess."
"Yehet!"
The yacth started working on the way to our next destination. It took us about half an hour to reach the island and gladly, Sehun was there to make me calm all throughout the ride.
Every time I would like to glimpse the sea, He will be there to scold what I do. He said it will not do any help to make me calm the whole ride. Therefore, I decided to obey his rules and it did help a lot.
It's fortunate that the kids didn't have a fright with waters like I do. So, they appreciate the whole ride looking at the wide image of the Maldives from the railings.
"That is a good spot to hang out."
All of them were watching the Island as we reach the dock. They were some attendants waiting at the platform and when we arrive at the landing, They started guiding everyone to the bungalow house located near the shore.
"Welcome to Biyadhoo Island."
One of them welcome us. Me and Sehun was behind everyone. As usual, the kids came clinging with there Uncles in front.
"This is beautiful."
I couldn't help but gape at the nature. It is need unrealistic. But then I don't see other people roaming around the beach when its a nice spot to hang out.
I gasp turning to Sehun. "Don't tell me you guys hired the whole island?"
He kept a smirk and shrug. "I won't."
We enter the bungalow house made with natural resources of the island and I was fascinated with it's own beauty. It's too gorgeous not put attention to it.
"Drinks for a beautiful guest?"
I look at the waiter who block my way to the reception area. He was wearing a cheeky smile and local clothing of the hotel.
"Sure, Thanks."
His eyes stayed to my face as he hand me the fresh smoothie. I suddenly felt uneasy with his stare.
Do I have something on my face?
Someone cleared a throat from behind taking our attention. Sehun then came possessively wrapping his arms around my waist. He was frowning at the servant in front of me before he glance at my direction.
"What's that?"
Sehun ask referring to the juice. His eyes went back to the man.
"They were offering some drinks for the guests."
I watch the rage in his eyes to the servant. He nod. "Are you done here? Our kids are waiting at the poolside."
I scowl and glance at the reception area. They weren't there already.
"Oh, Okay."
I smiled at the attendant but he couldn't respond for Sehun was watching him intently.
"Thanks for this." I repeat before walking forward to the back door. Sehun followed disregarding the attendant's presence.
"Don't be rude, Sehun. The locals are just being kind and hospitable."
He glowed at me. "You don't know his instincts, but I do."
I started sipping my smoothie instead. I still have to get to my act anyway.
We went to the backdoor and I was stunned to see an infinity pool adjoined to the beach. My eyes darted in the other direction where we saw his friends taking each space on the couches. They also have drinks on their hands.
"What's the first plan, Suho?"
I heard Xiumin ask when we gain their distance.
"Jet skiing is available now. But we have to leave our stuff here first and We don't have to worry because the authority is keeping an eye on it."
Everybody did what Suho told us. After changing into a more suitable for swimming suits, We went to the beach for them to try the water activities.
"Haeun, Aren't you joining us?"
Tao ask when he saw me standing near the shore. I actually don't have plans to join them so I shake my head.
"No, I'm staying here. You guys enjoy it!"
He shrug before running to the others who are busy taking their own jet ski. A trainer was there to discuss the safety precautions. Sehun already has his jet ski while Jieun was in front of him. On the other part, Jihun is joining Luhan in his ride.
"Mommy, Aren't you coming?!"
I heard Jieun scream from their direction. I shake my head before sitting on the sands.
"No. You go enjoy baby!"
I decided to take some pictures of them rather than being alone all throughout their adventure. It was fun watching them from afar. Seeing the kids happy with Sehun and his friends was enough to make me feel content in life.
I couldn't even think of what's happening right now. I couldn't find my senses into place. Was it a dream? If it is, I don't want to wake up anymore. I want to stay here.
In this dream, where we are joyous. Like nobody matters but happiness and freedom from judgment. The feeling was very overwhelming and there's something in me that didn't want to break it away. I want to keep it like it suppose to be, from this moment on.
"Babe, Are you okay?"
I was back in thoughts when Sehun appeared in the view. I didn't notice him just then.
"Y-Yeah. Where the kids?"
He signaled at the back as he proceed to the table beside me.
"With Hyungs. We just finish jet skiing and They will try kayaking this time."
I nod. My eyes shifted at the sea. I could hear their laughter from here.
"Are you sure you don't want to join them? They still have lots of water sports they want to try before we leave." He shrug after snatching some cookies at the table. "You'll take time waiting here alone."
I pouted. "If I wasn't afraid of the water, I will join you for sure."
Unfortunately, I have the anticipation of wide sea and deep oceans.
"I'll be there to keep you safe. You don't have to worry."
I turn at his direction. Sehun was already topless. He remove his swim shirt and now he's well-formed physique is overly exposed in everyone's eyes.
I felt my cheeks burn after scrutinizing him wholly.
He look handsomely good after fixing his damp hair using his fingers. With those trails of mist prevailing his broad chest. I couldn't help but stare at his perfection.
"If you don't want to come, I'll join you here instead."
I was alarmed at what he said.
"N-No, It's okay. I can manage."
He finish his cookie. His eyes change direction from somewhere after it reaches back to me.
"I'll stay here."
Authority gain his voice. Leaving me no choice but to let him do what he wants.
"Are you sure they could handle the kids alone?"
He nod. "The kids will be fine. But you here being alone is not good."
I glared following his steps at the sand. As he was facing backward, I decided to take a picture of him secretly.
A grin crept to my face after suspecting his shot.
Even solely his back would be promising to any magazine cover.
"Can I see the pictures?"
I went froze at his request. "W-What?"
"Come here. Let me see."
When I couldn't incite my feet to move, He came carefully grabbing the camera from my hands. His brows furrowed as he sneak the minor screen.
"S-Sehun.."
A smirk slowly attain his expression. But instead of taunting me, He proceed to check my other shots.
"I like this one."
He showed me a picture of him and the kids while using the jet ski. Where fun was evident in their complexions.
"I like that too."
Actually, I was planning to print all the pictures at home and maybe put it in a frame, Display it at home. It's all great memories anyway.
"But I like this better."
I sneak in and saw my capture to his ample back. My cheeks burn in shame.
"I-I was just practicing my photography skills you know."
Amazement held his eyes. He was smirking after he hand me back the camera.
"Was I a good subject then?"
I frown.
Well, almost.
But I lowered my head rather than answering his foolish question. Of course, I knew he was teasing me. I could read it in his shriveled eyes.
"You know I don't let people capture me without my consent."
I raise my head at him, perplex. I didn't know he has those rules.
"Unless they pay me. Then they could keep the picture for themselves."
He shrug. His dark eyes gaping at me.
I was puzzled. "Then I'll just delete it."
"No, You keep it. I'll get my payment later on."
"I don't have money for your talent fee, Sehun. I will delete it rather than be poor."
Thinking how famed he was, One picture might cost millions and I'll turn impoverished if that happens.
He lend a low chuckle. "Then you'll have to pay to it the other way."
We had our last lunch at the island before riding the yachth again back to our cabin. It was a short joyous moment for the kids. Either way, we all had to get back to where the reality is and that's far away from the seas and sands. It wasn't here where we build unexpected friendships and memories.
"Where's Jihun?"
Again I ask. Cause he's been running around our cabins next to Suho's from time to time.
I thought the adventure would tire them up. But no. Not on their watch.
"He went to Chanyeol's room."
Sehun who look distant from the couch said.
He was merely quiet the whole day. Maybe still wondering about his dream.
I couldn't contain a small chuckle from my devious act.
I am so going to be punish of my white lies.
"Daddy, are we really going home today?"
Jieun ask across her Daddy's position on the couch. She pout.
"Hm-hmm. But don't worry we will have another trip next time."
Sehun caress her hair.
I shake my head and continued checking our bag if it was complete. I already packed this morning.
"Really?"
She strut on the floor and walk to Sehun.
Jieun stood in between his father's thigh.
"Will My Uncle's come with us too?"
It made him quiet. Surely, he wasn't planning to have another vacation with his bandmates.
He told it the other day. Because his friends were taking the kid's attention instead of bonding with him.
I wasn't surprise when I saw him cringe a bit.
"We'll see if they will join us next time. Okay?"
Jieun purse her lips and nod. "Okay, Daddy!"
I met his gaze but I quickly avert mine. I knew he could speculate my lies with my eyes. I wasn't good at that since.
I went inside the bathroom to check my self. I gape to my neck.
They're still slight marks on it. But I could already hide it with a concealer.
I grab my pouch and took out my makeup. I need to enclose it again. Since it's slowly getting noticeable because of the mist from the yacth earlier by the ride.
I started rubbing the liquid to my neck when i saw Sehun came inside. I frown when i suspect that he literally lock the door.
"What are you doing?"
I stop what i do and glance at him.
"Taking your payment."
My brows creased when he started taking off his shirt. My liquid concealer fell on the floor in stunned.
"W-Wait. I don't get you."
He started to walk in my direction. My mind was wondering what he'd do.
I know I should probably escape but Sehun already cornered me before the countertop.
I let a slight squeal when he grab both of my thighs and place me over the counter. He stood in between the gap. His tough arms blocking the way for my escape.
"Sehun!"
I could my heart pounding so loud and fast. I bet he could hear it on his own.
Sehun smirk.
It made me blink twice and more. Magnetized with his beautiful features, I knew he was handsome. But I didn't expect he could be better than that.
"One picture is fair to one kiss plus you lied to me so that equals to what?"
"What are you talking about?"
He avert his eyes and then went back to meet me again.
"That's another lie. What punishment should I bestow to you, My queen?"
My hand clasp into each other.
Is the consequence of my actions? But- Damn. I was just teasing him!
I bit lips as my eyes traveled his naked top. Damn. Every time he is exposed, I didn't know what reaction should I transpire.
I mean, He wasn't the young boy I met before. He was the man he became throughout the years. He grew up good. His body was well enough matured. In short, He became more perfect than he is.
"Haeun.."
I gape at him. His dark hooded eyes welcomed me in adoration.
He took a deep breath. I heard him cursed silently when his hand reach my face, firing on my lips.
I was surprised. But then I learned to join his fervor too.
His other arms push me forward. I slid through the counter and bump to his chest. His fiery kisses were passionate. It was legitimately good that I have to hook my arms around his nape and glide my fingers over his hair. Clenching it in eager.
If I was standing, I'd stumble on the ground from suffering his fervid kisses. It was drastic. Goodly intense that I couldn't abide to breathe.
His hand gradually went down. I gasp when it reach my clothed boob. He handled it in ardent causing me to pull backward. But Sehun kept me in place. Distracting me with his wild kisses. He push me closer.
I was diverted to his kisses when he slid his hand inside my shirt perfectly. He unclasped my bra and went back to my boob massaging it more calmly.
"Damn, Baby. I don't know what to do with you."
His kisses trail down to my neck. I was trying my best not to make an outcry when he nip my skin and it made a rough sound.
Someone might be outside hearing us. That'll be shameful.
"Sehun.."
He reach the hem of my shirt. Pulling it upwards. His reflexes was fast. I just saw my shirt and bra being thrown away.
"Sehun!"
I scold. But his stares were already darkened with desire.
He nudge his head under my neck and started planting kisses down to my chest. I straddle his hair trying to compose myself from his craving. Seizing some strength from him.
"Mommy!"
Sehun suddenly stop. "Shit." He uttered a light swear before nudging his face over my chest.
I was the one who reckoned faster and replied, "Yes baby?!"
His breath was ragged and heated. I could feel it brushing my skin.
"Uncle said we are leaving!" Jieun shouted in the opposite room.
"O-Okay, Princess. Will you wait for us outside?"
I couldn't be more thankful when she agreed and slowly her steps went farther distant.
"Sehun?"
I tried tapping his shoulders when he didn't move. Perhaps, he was trying to compose himself either. His breathing was harsh than mine.
"You said yes last night. I wasn't dreaming at all."
He move away. His brows creased in whatever frustration he has. I couldn't contain my chuckle.
"You were teasing me huh?"
I shake my head, grinning. "I thought you would forget so." I shrug.
Sehun glared. He went grabbing my clothes from the floor first before his.
"You can't trick me. You're not a good liar, Babe."
He helped me jump off the counter and with wearing my clothes.
He said he was the one who take it off, so he should be the one dressing me again. I could feel my cheeks burned because of that.
After fixing ourselves, We went out meeting his friends. I felt shy when they started teasing us. Sehun wasn't minding them. He was busy entertaining Jieun with the sea.
We were waiting for the yacht that will take us back to the city when Suho announce something.
"Hey, guys! Manager Levi send me some message."
He told typing over his phone. Everyone's attention went to him. Even, Sehun.
"It's regarding about the shoot next week. He also said he will be fetching us at the airport."
They all frown and I was the only who was confused.
"And why is he picking us up? I thought were going home on our own." Xiumin ask.
Kris who just finish typing over his phone answered his question, "Some sources came to the media last night about our trip in Maldives."
Everyone went astound at the news. But I was concerned than anybody. I glance at Sehun when I felt his hands kneading my back. As if telling me to calm down.
But how? What if someone found out already?
"Don't worry they weren't any photos leaked on the internet. It's just a headline about the secret vacation we had. Manager Levi made sure of it."
It gave everyone relief. But not to me.
What if they were just waiting for a signal for Exo to come back to Korea and publicize the images after that?
"Haeun.."
I was back in the oblivion. Sehun look trouble of my reaction and so does his bandmates.
"Everything is going to be alright, Babe. I'll make sure you and the twins will be safe. Don't worry." He kiss my forehead for assurance.
It was a usual five-hours travel like the last time. The twins had a good rest even before the plane landed back to Korea.
Everyone was overhauling their own stuff when Suho called out another statement.
"Manager Levi sent a message just now. He said there's a lot of media and fans waiting at the entrance of the airport."
Each of them have their own disappointments. They told me it was supposed to be private until we all get home.
But then people are very eager to know their whereabouts. Even the personal spaces are just too hard to hide.
"We have to make sure of Haeun and The twins safety first before everything else." Kris glimpse at Sehun. "Do you have a plan?"
I peek and saw him nod. So, he was prepared after all huh?
"We'll be taking the other way around. My car is waiting at the Airline Service." His hold on my hand tightened.
"Okay, We'll take the entrance so we could amass their attention. It will make you escape effortlessly."
The plane's door sunken that leads inside the terminal. Manager Levi startle us at the entrance and look like neither of them expected him to be inside.
"Hyung? I thought you'd wait at the departure area?"
Manager Levi look anxious. He shook his head. "I can't. The media is freaking out. So, does your fans. Unfortunately, We can't get you all out that fast. It's a mess out there."
Everyone was bothered at the news.
"Will it take time?"
We went out of the plane. Sehun carried Jieun on his arms while Jihun went running to his Hyungs.
"Jihun, Don't get too far." He scold along the way. Kai and Chanyeol was after him.
"We have to stay at the private room first. The security is trying there best to clear a space for you guys so we could leave that safely."
Manager Levi lead the way with them following behind. While, Sehun keep checking infront where Jihun is.
Thinking he might loose his sight. It'll cause more problem.
"Sehun look like crack."
Kris disturb her thoughts. Note the Louis Vuitton travel bag at his left arm.
"Jihun is honestly breaking his head off." Suho added making me laugh as we walk side by side.
"I'm sure the twins is hundred percent behave before the trip. I don't really know what happen in those three days. Jihun just turn.. like that."
I don't even know how to explain his energy. It's too much to handle at this time.
"He just absorb a little troublesome aura from that jerks." Kris referring to his bandmates.
"It'll change, Haeun. You just have to stop Jihun from seeing them once more and in whatever chances." Suho on the other hand.
The leaders opinion made me laugh. It was half the truth I know. The other members are naughty and playful like kids.
No wonder Jihun got that trait in a small time. If he won't change back to the behave little boy that he is, I wouldn't wonder about Sehun's condition in the future.
"The media went frenzy. We have to get you all to the private room. Some of them are trying to breakout." Manager Levi announce.
It wasn't that long when we got inside the room he was talking about. It's like a mini entertainment area for special guests.
"You guys stay here for a while. No one will leave until i said so."
I felt my heart raise when I couldn't spot Jihun around. So does Kai and Chanyeol.
"Sehun-"
I was cut off when the door bang loud to the wall causing a scene. It was Kai and Chanyeol but I couldn't the young man.
"Jihun is missing!"
