"That's it," Santi cried. "Computer. Call Cat and ask her to come here." She went back to reading the information on her viewer.
"Cat, here." Her presence filled the Medical Facility. "What do you need?"
"Amy and Lubin stopped in earlier. Lubin pointed out a Royal Mating to look at for some answers," said Santi. "This one seems to be the closest to our current one. Please review the mating between Petramon Heir and Naimoni Daugh."
"Yes, this is the closest example to Amy's and Dam's mating as any of the Royal Matings. It was before the Calling Ceremony had made its appearance. After they bonded, Petramon asked his High Medic to preform the Verification Ceremony. They were a match."
"It says here they dreamed shared and thought shared," said Santi, reviewing the records with a smile. "Naimoni didn't have any mental training because she refused to acknowledge her mental energies."
"Yes, my personal files state eventually she acknowledged them and received training after their mating," Cat said with a smile to her voice. "I am sorry. I do not have more on this couple. At the time I was working on something else with a medical crew for Petramon."
"Now I know why the name Petramon sounded so familiar. During Petramon Heir's reign was when we had the plague. It was where just under the person's skin filled with fluids, until the victim exploded. You and the medics found the cure just in time," said Santi. "It's a fundamental part of our study for placement in the Medical Hierarchy."
"Have most of your questions and fears been put to rest?" asked Cat.
"Yes, and it relieves a lot of stress, knowing they will muddle through on their own," Santi said, then looking down at the bracelet with a smile. "It's almost as if she knew what I was looking for."
"What do you mean, knew what you were looking for?" asked Cat.
"Oh, I was just thinking out loud about the gift Amy purchased for me," Santi said, spinning the bracelet upon her wrist. "I was just thinking about getting a piece of jewelry like this for myself."
"When we get back to Valdiar, I will get you the full record of Petramon Royal Mating. It will explain all to you," said Cat. "That is apart of Amy's mental energies."
Leaning back in her chair, Santi yawned. "Is there anything I should keep an eye out for?"
"No, just stay out of Amy's mind. You are not strong enough and she does not have enough training to allow you in," said Cat.
"You don't have to tell me, I barely survived the first time I won't do it again anytime soon," Santi assured Cat. "Is there anyone strong enough to help her?"
"Unless she is willing, No," said Cat. "I need to get back. I have been away from my tasks long enough." Cat's presence left the Medical Facility.
"I'm going to look forward to sending my report to the High Medic." Yawning Santi stood and headed to her rooms.
