I'm not sure how long I remained there. It was early morning when I heard the voices of men outside. They were shouting and laughing, evidently inebriated. The sounds drew nearer and nearer. I contemplated leaving, but ultimately opted to stay, hoping they wouldn't notice me in the room. Their voices grew louder until three men barged into the room and discovered me in the cage.
"Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!" exclaimed the first man upon spotting me. "What?" queried the second, entering the room. His gaze fell on me, and he swore, "What the fuck?" "What are the girls chattering about?" inquired the third. "Are you... locked, miss?" asked the first, leaving me at a loss for words. "I don't think she understands us," remarked the second. "What the #¿$?%!¡!" exclaimed the third. "Was this girl kidnapped?"
They fell silent for a moment, then erupted into laughter. I remained uncertain of what to do. One of them approached. "Wait, miss. Let me free you from your cage..." He chuckled as he said this. "Hold on tight! Otherwise, I can't do it." He was referring to unlocking the cell. Shortly afterward, he succeeded and extended a hand to me. "Okay, you're free now." "Ta daaaaa!" joked one of the others. "This calls for a celebration!" declared the third, prompting cheers from all. "Follow me!"
And so they departed, taking me along with them. The next thing I knew, I was stumbling down the street in the company of three strangers, all thoroughly intoxicated. Not far ahead, they climbed into an old convertible car. I hesitated to join them due to their level of inebriation, but one of them beckoned me over. "There's nothing to worry about, miss. You'll be perfectly safe with us."
Without much thought, I climbed into the car, and we set off toward the city. They performed reckless maneuvers with the car, yet none seemed overly perilous. Despite my reservations, I found myself enjoying the ride.
We arrived at a hotel with a bar on the ground floor, where they procured three more bottles of whiskey and ascended to a room. Once again, I followed them. Though uncertain of the exact events that unfolded, I realized they posed no threat, so I acquiesced. Sleeping in the comfort of a room was a thousand times preferable to the dungeon.
Their drinking eventually caught up with them, and they soon dozed off. I found myself drifting into a peaceful slumber in a warm bed beside one of them.
