I was really upset today.
Tom would be leaving me for a couple of months due to his plans with his deatheaters.
Me and Tom were both laying down on our bed facing each other.
"Why can't I come with you" I ask him as I was laying on his shoulder.
I feel him slightly smile against my neck.
"I already explained it to you it's too dangerous my love" Tom responds rubbing my back.
"I don't want you to go" I tell Tom pulling him closer to me never wanting to let go.
"I know I don't want to either" He says kissing my cheek before caressing it with his hand softly.
"But I'll write to you everyday" He responds reassuring me.
"You better" I tell him smiling.
"Do you know how long you'll be gone for?" I ask afraid to what he'll say.
"a couple weeks" Tom says sighing. I just nod my head unsure of what to say.
"Enough talking dear and try to get some rest" Tom tells me.
"How can I rest knowing you'll be gone by the time I wake up" I said pulling myself away from Tom. I felt angry at him.
"Come on don't be like" Tom spoke softly placing his arm over me and pulling me closer to him.
"I know your upset with me leaving and I am truly sorry but I'll try to get things done as soon as possible for you"
"You know better than anyone how much I love you and I want you to know that. I'll always be thinking of you love everyday and every second you'll never leave my mind" Tom says kissing my hand. I couldn't help but smile.
I hug him even tighter wanting this moment to never end.
"I love you" I tell Tom looking at him.
"I love you more" He said pulling me even closer to his chest before wrapping his arm around my head.
"Now try to rest"
I shake my head.
"I can't"
"I'd rather say goodbye to you then you leaving in the middle of the night" I confess.
It's been a week since Tom has left and I felt bored. Tom kept his promise and wrote to me almost everyday. Reading his letters was a highlight of my day. While reading one of his letters I hear commotions coming from downstairs. Screams and laughter are being heard. Quickly I looked out my window and spotted a group of Toms deatheaters specifically the ones who despised him. I remembered almost every face they had all failed a mission almost costing Tom everything and they were punished harshly by it. I panicked knowing what was going on. I grab almost everything valuable towards me and hiding it in a place only Tom knew where. Under our bed we had a secret compartment that required a code only Tom and I knew. No spell could unlock it. I grab letters jewels that had sentimental value to me the ones Tom gifted me and I placed every single one in there. I grab a box I made last week placing it in the compartment. I was scared I didn't want to leave Tom all alone. I hear footsteps down the hallway. Doors being kicked down things being thrown around windows being cracked.
The door is soon kicked open and I see Adrian with Belvina smiling. They were both dirty Belvinas hair looked as if it had never been combed. Adrian was smirking at me. He has always fancied me and despised Tom. Even though he plead his loyalty to Tom he still had feelings for me. Hogwarts we shared classes together and he'd constantly watch me. Belvina on the other hand has always liked Adrian. It was clear to anyone Adrian only used Belvina to do his dirty work but she never seemed to care.
"We meet again" Adrian spoke chuckling.
"Petrificus Totalus" Adrian says pointing his wand at me. I feel my whole body stiffen I couldn't move.
He walks around me before making his way near my ear.
"Your still beautiful" He whispers running his hand up and down my face as I close my eyes not wanting to see him. His breath reeked of alcohol. More footsteps make their way upstairs and I see a man. He didn't seem as dirty as Adrian he just shared a few scars on his face. He whispers something to Adrian's ear I watched his facial expressions trying to figure out what was going to happen. My body still stayed froze in place my wand was out of reach. Adrian moves away from the man.
"This is going to hurt" Adrian says pointing his wand directly at me before things turn black.
Toms POV:
I hoped my letters made their way back to y/n. I wished for things to end quicker so I could be with her. My second meeting of the day had just ended. I was skimming through papers when the door barges open.
"My lord" one of my followers said. I looked up and gave him an annoyed look.
"Yes?"
"It seems your Manor has been attacked" my follower mumbles as my eyes widen. My mind instantly goes to y/n. I stand up my seat falls over and I watch Alex flinches.
"Your house elves seem to be okay it seems Mrs.Riddle wasn't found" my heart drops.
"Cancel everything"
"But my lord-"
"Do not question me" I spat looking back at him he nods silently before stepping aside.
I make my way up to the room I was staying in gathering my things before apparating back to the Manor.
Walking through the entrance I glass is all over the floor. I see my house elves with scars all over their bodies. They were cleaning up the glass. Maria one of the house elves comes running up to me.
"I'm so sorry master Riddle we tried we really tried" She pleaded I just nodded my head before walking upstairs. Dirty footsteps are all over the floor and the doors seemed to be broken especially the door to the room me and y/n shared.
I walked in our room was a mess. Looking at the floor I see scratch marks from our bed. Before I knew it I was moving the bed. I saw a note placed over the compartment me and y/n shared.
"open it" The note read. I could tell y/n wrote it due to her handwriting.
I open in and see an box with my name on it written in y/n's handwriting.
I grab the box. Opening it there was a pregnancy test in it. My eyes widen holding it in my hand it came out as positive. She couldn't be pregnant. Behind the test stood a note.
"Didn't know how else to tell you, I love you Tom and no it isn't a fake test I'll take as many tests as I need to prove it to you. We'll always have the family we planned on having. - y/n riddle
My heart shattered. Not knowing where she was angered but knowing she was carrying my child made me angry.
I already knew who had done this and was planning on killing them all.
I apparated to Adrian's house spotting them all through a window. Pathetic who fucks with me and hides in their house.
I point my wand at the two guards guarding the door killing them both with a flick of my wand. Anger clouded my mind at this point. Storming in Adrains house Belvina one of my previous followers screams as she sees me. Everyone runs out the door out of panic as I make sure Belvina and Adrian stay put.
"My-my lord" Belvina stutters getting down on her knees.
"Where is she" I demand them both.
"What do you mean my lord" Adrian says.
"Guess we're playing that game" I say scoffing Adrian is quick to point his wand at me and I let out a chuckle.
"Your pathetic" I spat.
He smirks before shooting spells at me. I'm quick to block every single spell. While blocking each spell I make my way closer to Adrian. Belvina was already afraid of me she knew what I was capable of. I watch as Adrian's face is turned into terror. I snatch his wand from his hand snapping it in half before tossing it to the side.
I grip on his neck choking him.
"Where is she" I said angrily.
He tries to reach for me struggling to breath I watch as his face turns a blue color.
I loosen my grip slightly allowing him to speak.
"Downstairs"He said mumbling.
"How hard was that" I say smiling before shoving a piece of glass right in his throat.
Belvina let's out a scream watching as blood gushed out Adrian's neck.
"Do you ever stop screaming" I complain turning my attention to her. She was still on the ground backing her self away from me. I walk up to her forcefully grabbing her hair.
"Take this as your lesson to not fuck with me" I whispered slicing her throat with a knife I grabbed from Adrian's pocket. I made sure Belvina would survive so she could live with this trauma.
I left her on the ground as she held her throat with her hands trying to stop the bleeding.
I walk down stairs it was slightly dim. I walk farther down the hall downstairs spotting y/n with her hands tied up. She was hanging cuts were visible on the hands and face. She had her eyes closed. I ran to her untying her hands her body falls right on me. I check for her pulse and it was faint but it was there.
I apparate us both back to the Manor.
The house elves immediately see y/n and rush quickly to help her.
I paced back and forth nervous and worried for y/n and my child. Until Maria stepped out side the room.
"She's awake master" She says with hope in her eyes I thank her before entering the room y/n was in.
She was laying sideways facing the window near her bed.
She turns around and my heart shatters seeing the condition she was in. She gives me a soft smile before I seat myself next to her bed.
I place my hand on her face gently caressing her.
"I'm okay" she said knowing I was worried about her.
"I'm sorry" I spoke looking at her.
"It's not your fault" She replies moving her body closer to me. I stop her from moving knowing it probably hurts.
"I want to tell you something" She says removing my hand from her face and holding it with both of her hands.
"I'm pregnant" As she said that I smiled.
"I know"
"How?!" She asks confused I pull out the box from my pocket showing it to her. She laughs seeing the box before turning her attention back to me.
"I hope it's a boy" I said making her laugh.
2 days later:
"We should probably move houses" y/n said as she held onto my arm. Past days she has been regaining her strength. Although I stopped her and told her to stay in bed she refused.
Y/n POV:
I looked around the house with Tom. I felt better now Tom and given me potions to help me heal and they all seem to be working well.
"Yeah we should love houses it'll be safer for the baby" Tom said and I couldn't help but laugh.
"What?" He ask.
"It just feels weird that we have a child on the way" I reply looking up at Tom.
He leans down and kisses me.
"Wait what about Adrian what happened to him?" I ask curiously remembering him and Belvina.
"Don't know I didn't find them" Tom said shrugging his shoulders.
"I love you" I tell Tom.
He lifts me up and l wrap my arms around his neck.
"I love you more" He replies as I kiss him.
