"I got it!" Lex shouted as he pinpoint the main ship's location.
"About time." Yamcha said as he spring to his feet, "But what's bothering me. You didn't give us an update on the cruiser."
Annoyed Lex riposte "I told you already, I have no data on that ship currently. It was just a plan that Brainiac wanted to invade it for whatever reason."
"The reason is he wants the dragon balls! So get me a ship and let's go."
Superman added, "He is right Lex, we are wasting time sitting around here."
"You two are insufferable. None of you can survive the vacuum of space, but begging me to send you guys there."
"You said we have a teleporter, why can't we use that?" interrogated Yamcha, him trying to press his finger against the hologram.
"If you want to end up like soup? Then be my guest. Because this is the last time I am going to say this, you need to be a part of his army and right now, this tech is so behind my stuff, I am struggling." Lex folded his arms in irritation.
Superman again struggled to stand up, but his legs were too weak, "You would think I would be healed up by now."
"You need sunlight. Now that you've given your means of instant healing to him laying over there."
They all turn to face a snoring Goku, Lex scoff at the statement Yamcha said earlier, that he is the strongest mortal. He then looks at Jon, who keeps on trying to stand up, but the results are the same as those before.
Yamcha then stretched, "Alright baldy, how are we going to get to our destination when you do find out what's going on? Since we can't teleport."
"It's not that difficult to make a ship with the parts available."
The ship begins to rumble once again. Throwing Yamcha off balance.
Rubbing his bum, Yamcha asked, "Man, what is that?"
That tremor caused Goku to get up, he yawned loudly, "What a weird dream I had, Gohan and Goten were trying to kill me, then Chichi, then..." Another tremor cut him off, much worst than the last, "Vegeta...what are you doing ?"
"This whole time it was Vegeta?" Yamcha's jaw slacken, he couldn't believe that he couldn't believe it. "Damn, just when I thought I closed the gap."
"If your friend is..." Superman tried again, this time his knees wobbled like crazy, but he was upright, for a moment.
Goku caught him before he can fall, "Easy there buddy if you need a rest just say."
"No, right now I need sun, yellow sun."
"Huh? well, the sun does feel good but you need a senzu bean or something to heal up."
Yamcha then jumped in, "He gave you the last senzu bean."
"Really?"
Lex sneered "Yes, and against my wishes. Let's hope you are who your friend says you are."
Goku blinked, "Are you his universe Krillin? You are much taller than him."
"No, he isn't." Superman responded, "But we need to get off this ship and back to the cruiser."
"Sure thing, come on Yamcha." Goku paused for a moment, and examine the room, "Where is Frieza?"
"He is giblets, now let's good!" Yamcha said anxiously.
Brainiac's main ship, his new body, was being finalised, he examine it and smiled. "The perfect organism for what is to come. Piccolo, I need you to go down there to keep a certain individual, busy. It shouldn't be a problem, now that you have everyone from your race in you."
"It wouldn't be, Brainiac." The namekian replied. He left, heading towards one of the launchers to land on the planet's surface.
Brainiac turns to Whis, whose eyes now follow him. He stared down at the angel and scoffed, "I tried everything to kill, and the only means of doing so is trapped inside that capsule." The moment he said that the capsule jolted, "Yet your friend still breathes in there. No worries, it will all be over shortly."

"Funny....how everything just seems to be going so...peachy. I curse your universe, I want out of this dump."
He ran through the data that was sent, he saw that the fight was heavily dilated due to them moving almost to the speed of light. He ran his calculation again and then concluded that fight went on for hours for them.
"Such a pity." He said, hooking up a cable to the back of his head, "What does it matter, my goals, will be fulfilled, one way or another."
Down on the planet, the people were still getting over the crash. But atop a mountain, a bulky Saiyan looked down at the wreckage. He wanted to go down to greet them, but he couldn't sense anyone that he knew closely.
However he looked up to see a ball of fire making its way towards the surface, it made him growl.
Brainiac leaned his head back, his systems warning him of the claimed ships that Lex had confiscated, "How annoying." He grunted as he typed away on his keyboard. It didn't help that on the planet, Bulma wasn't responding, which meant he couldn't get the Dragon Balls. Not to mention, a familiar signature surged not too long ago, not to mention his capsule started jittering more than before. "In due time, I may lack time, but I will make some......Piccolo, forget that fight. Bring me the dragon balls!"
Receiving his orders, he changed his course to aim for the crashed ship. Barring through all the metal, dropping before the unconscious Bulma and a Bandaged figure holding a weakened Pan and Marron.
"Piccolo, what...what did they do to you?"
"I am freed from ignorance." He walked over to Bulma, taking the dragon balls that lay at her side. "You are fortunate that my orders are not to engage."
"Piccolo, you don't have to listen to him! You are stronger than that, you are-"
"Silence! You pleasing is meaningless." He picked up the last dragon ball, he looked at Gohan and scoffed.
"I am not letting you leave with those." Gohan snarled, "Now snap out of it! You are not the servant of a maniac, you are a warrior who fights for what is right. To persevere in life in all of its forms, you forgot what you stand for? Look at you, a disgusting fusion, forced to do the bidding of a scum."
"Stay there and waste your breath." Piccolo escaped through the hole that he created on entry.
Gohan hatched a plan to unfuse Piccolo from whatever he is bonded with. "Bulla!"
The girl was startled by the man's voice, she replied, "Y-yes Mr Gohan."
"I created a path on my way in. Take Pan and Marron to safety, I will handle Piccolo."
"What about my mother? And Trunks, and Goten?"
He thought about that, his brow creasing thinking about them. "I will find the boys." He picked up Bulma and Bulla with the girls on his shoulders. He raced outside at super speed dropping off at a safe point. He patted her on her head, then disappeared back inside, followed by a trail of smoke rising.
In his hands both Goten and Trunks, the boys puzzled by their sudden change in location.
"Huh?"
"What the-!?"
"Boys, I need you to catch the Dragon Balls when I snatch it from Piccolo."
They got more bewildered by his order, why is he snatching the dragon ball from Piccolo? Isn't he a friend?
"Whatever you are thinking, don't. Brainiac taken over Piccolo's mind, I remember he complained about him entering his mind, that maybe happened by now."
"Oooohhh..." They both said, still not understanding what is happening, but Gohan is up, and active.
"Alright!"
"You can count on us!"
Piccolo was flying full speed towards the ship, holding the balls in his hands. A beam tagged him in the back, almost dropping his cargo, he turned to see a bandaged fist in his face. It grazed him, but he held on to the balls and continued to his destination.
"Piccolo!" Gohan shouted, picking up in speed, attempting another attack, he fired a couple of energy attacks, then tackled the Namekian, "Let. Go. Of. The."
He held on tightly, to the cargo, and then spun around violently to shake off Gohan. But he held on tightly, not flinching a bit. Gohan slipped his hand under his pit, then quietly apologise to his friend. Using his Ki, he created a blade, and then pulled it up, cutting off his friend's arm.
However, that wasn't the thing that surprised the Namekian, it was instead Brainiac complaining on the other end. Not to him, but someone else was on the ship.
