These past days had been crazy...
Long story short she tried to fight lip for breaking down the wall as he wanted to continue with his open floor plan for selling but she didn't get very far with the fight as Ian held her back and he was fucking strong . Lip then got taken in for questioning since his bikes had been stolen and Ivy found that hilarious and to tie that all up an old friend died , kai Reed.
She had just about woken up when her phone started to ring and she immediately groaned , it was a no caller ID but she still answered
"Hello?" She mumbled while cuddling into her blanket
"Hey" his deep voice replied
She smiled at his voice
"Is everything okay?" Her voice comes out sounding bad
"Yeah I missed your voice" shuffling noises were heard from his side of the line
"Oh" she felt her face heat up "I missed yours too"
"Oh?" He chuckled "did I wake you?"
"Mhm it's alright though"
"Oh I'm sorry"
"Don't worry about it" she whispered while rubbing her eyes "what are you doing?"
"Missing you"
"I miss you too"
"When can I come visit?"
"Now isn't the best time , you know lip? I told you about him well he's selling the house"
"Why?" He sounded concerned "where are you gonna live?"
"I'll have to find someplace or I'll crash at Ian and micks wherever they go"
"Will you be okay? Do you need some money?"
"Aiden I don't need your money I'm okay" she reassured him , she heard him sigh "are you okay?"
"Yeah Im just worried about you Ivy"
"Im okay ."
"Ivy wake up I need to-," Ian stopped when he saw her on the phone
"Who's that?" Aiden asked
"Ian he's come to drag me out of bed , I'll talk to you later I love you"
"I love you too"
She hung up
"I love you?" Ian asked
"Yeah that's something you don't hear so much anymore , I have a boyfriend"
"Since when?"
"Since England"
"Well up you get . You have a busy day!"
"I'm not doing anything?" She shrugged
"You have to find someplace to live"
"Fuck sake Ian"
"Look I'm sorry but you have to!"
"I'll just crash at Debbie's or something or yours?"
"You are not living on my couch!"
"Okay? I'll sleep on the streets then" she pushed past him and downstairs where Debbie was making everyone breakfast
"Good morning guys! Look what I made! Your favourite" she approached Ivy who now had Mickey and Ian behind her and tried to kiss them all
"Why the fuck are you touching me right now?" Mickey whacked her off
"Tami. Phillip bacon rainbows?" She offered the couple who had just walked in the door "flower pancakes?"
"We're good"
"I'll take a plate." Ivy smiled before sitting at the kitchen stools and eating her food
"So . Uh things have been a little bit heated recently but now that we have all slept on it I would like to reopen the discussion about selling the house. Um if we knock down a few more walls created a more open floor plan like we said we could add 30 grand to the sale price."
Everyone ignored him
"Debs what do you think?"
"Oh Phillip well I think you can take your open floor plan and lick my vagina."
"Jesus fucking Christ what's the big deal!"
"I grew up here."
"Yeah we all grew up here maybe our kids can grow up someplace nicer."
"Somewhere where frank doesn't live." Tammi added
"I see what this is . It's not even your idea , little miss middle class wants a townhouse in Pilson." Ivy rolled her eyes
"Woah hold on a second I didn't even-"
"Hm how hard did you have to twist his little nut sack for him to do what you wanted?"
"Nobody twisted my nut sack alright? It doesn't matter who's idea this is , it's a good idea! You and Debbie are the only ones who don't think so!"
"Ian only thinks so because you think so and carls too stupid to think anything at all!"
"Hey! That's not true" Carl yelled at Ivy
"Mickey and I have been saving to get our own place." Ian said to Ivy
"When did that idea come? Right when lip moved out . Lip got his own place I should too" She mocked him
"That's bullshit I don't just do things cause lip says"
"You sorta do though" Mickey laughed
"Name one thing."
"Switched from tighty whiteys to boxers cause lip did."
"I had a fungus issue . Boxer air the boys out better"
"Totally who told you that again?"
Ian paused
"Lip... fuck the both of you! Im my own man"
"Okay big shot why don't you tell lip you don't wanna sell the house then?"
"Mickey hey . Family only!" Lip scoffed
"Mickeys family" Ian argued
"Well he's just saying-,"
"This doesn't concern you Tammi." Ian interrupted her
"Yeah none of this concerns you tami." Debbie sighed
"Woah woah woah so Mickey and Ivy are family but Tammi's not family?" Lip yelled
"Yeah Mickey and Ian are married and ivy's our sister!" Debbie replied "Tammi has no right to tell you to sell my house!"
"I didn't tell him to do anything."
Debbie just waved her fingers in her face Until lip told her to back off .
"Carl we sell we each get 20 grand each maybe more. You could get a sick bachelor pad for that."
"Awesome." Carl grinned
"You have to clean that bachelor pad , cook your own meals"
"Shit"
"You'll be able to have sex without anyone walking in asking for deodorant."
"But you'll have to pay your own bills"
"Look you can do that online it's easy"
"Lip! Carl doesn't even know which remote turns the tv on. You think he could pay his own bills"
"Debbie you can't just insult your way into getting what you want." Tammi snarled
"And you cant fuck your way into getting what you want can you tammi?" Ivy spat
Sandy burst out laughing
"The fuck is so funny?"
"I mean . Why do you all still live together you clearly hate each other."
"We don't all hate each other we just all hate Ivy and Debbie." Ian shrugged
"Hey Ian doesn't hate lip . Ian loves lip . Lip is his only friend in the whole entire world"
"Oh fuck you debbie!"
"She's not wrong though" Mickey added
Everyone continued to yell at each other before tammi got up in Ivy and Debbie's faces
"Hey how about we don't calm the fuck down and we get all up in Ivy and Debbie faces and we call them out for being selfish brats."
"You cut hair Tammi"
"Hey tammi not helping!" Lip pulled her back
Then once again everyone argued until lip smacked the table stopping everyone from yelling
"Everybody shut the fuck up! Please. Let's just vote and be done with it"
"Sell!" Franny clapped
"Shut up franny." Debbie scoffed at her child
"Wow good parenting deb"
"Stop alright . Tammi , Mickey , Ivy stay out of it . Franny ... you too. I vote sell"
"I vote no."
Debbie stood up and stared at the rest of her family .
"I vote no." Ian finally replied
"Yes" Debbie smiled
"You kidding me? Carl?"
"Can I think about it?" He asked
"Yes." Lip answered before looking around for Liam only to see he wasn't there, Ivy gave up on everyone and purposely pushed tammi while walking up the stairs
"Bitch" she heard her mutter as she entered her bedroom.
A few hours later and Ivy was called round to the milkovich house as they were trying to get Terry a nurse and it hadn't been going well
"Terry u better not fuck this one up!" She whispered
"Terry this is sister Mary Luke" Ian walked the lady into the room
"Oh Mary luke is just fine . My days in habit are long gone. You must be terry"
"Just a warning , he's been a handful today" Ivy said
"You idiots got me a fucking nun?"
Mary luke whacked his head
"Watch your language in the presence of ladies"
"Jesus Christ lady" Terry complained only to be whacked again
"And we'll not take the lords name in vain. Before the diocese shut my convent down . I was tending to the elderly sisters . Sister Cecelia had dementia and a colourful vocabulary. I found that a swift smack usually fixed her behaviour."
The three stared at each other before turning back to Mary luke
"Solid strategy"
"Works for me"
"Good luck"
They all swiftly moved out of the house to avoid the lady walking out again yet while standing outside , she never walked out .
"You reckon this one's gonna work?" Ivy asked the boys as they loaded their ambulance
"Hm she seems pretty tough"
"Tougher then the other ones for sure"
"That's cause the other ones you got weren't white Ian."
"You know terrys racist yet you got nurses that weren't white?" Ivy laughed
"Yeah maybe that was a mistake , fuck off anyways we gotta get to work"
Ian jumped into the ambulance as Mickey stood there staring at his phone
"He's fine mick go work"
"Im jus-,"
"Go work"
"Okay"
"I'll check on him for you"
"Thanks"
"No problem"
A few hours passed and as Ivy promised she went to check on terry only to run into Mary luke outside of the house
"Where's terry?" She asked
"Your father ... he's an evil man but he loved you"
"No shit what you doing out here?"
"I had to handle him the same way I handled sister Cecilia."
"Yeah the slap to the back of the head right?"
"No."
"Like drugs then?"
"No. A return to sit at the foot of our lord and savior in death"
Ivy paused
"Sorry did you say death?"
The lady stood there so Ivy sped past her and into the house to see Terry with some plastic stuff wrapped around his head , she froze at the sight of her dad dead . Yeah he was an ass but once it hit her that she no longer had a parent she broke down crying and called Mickey to come home but she left once the boys arrived .

"What did frank do this time?" Ian asked as he finally joined everyone else in the waiting room.
"He really lost it today . He got naked in liams school in front of a bunch of kids , only thing I could do to prevent him from going to jail was badging everyone there . Taking him to the ER ."
"He's still getting evaluated." Ivy added
"Ivy you okay?" Ian asked
"Mhm , long day."
"Yeah." Everyone agreed
"I guess that makes all of us , a nun fucking killed my dad"
"Terrys dead?"
"As a doornail."
"Damn a nun? God really does work in mysterious ways . Doesn't she?" Debbie joked
After everyone spoke to Liam about his renaming of school the doctor walked in with frank beside her
"Okay so all my Mr Gallaghers behaviour can be explained by his previous diagnosis we didn't find evidence of anything new"
Everyone raised their masks as they stood in-front of the lady confused by her words
"Sorry - his previous diagnosis?" Lip questioned
"We treated mr Gallagher Three weeks ago. Did an neurological assessment and arrived at a diagnosis of alcoholic dementia."
Everyone stayed silent
"I'm so sorry I thought he would've told you all by now ."
"I'm sure I mentioned it" frank smiled
"You didn't." Ian replied
"I'm sorry what is alcoholic dementia?"
"Basically he pickled his brain with decades of drinking and now his mind is calling it quits . It involves significant impairments of memory and other cognitive functions . Were you aware that your father is an alcoholic?"
"There's been some evidence of that. Yeah" lip nodded
"Some days will be good and some will be bad . Very bad . It won't be a linear progression . You have to be prepared to go along for the ride . And try not to contradict him. That leads to confusion and anger . Excuse me ." The Doctor then left frank with the family
"What are we doing in the hospital? One of you have another kid?" Frank laughed
"No. You've got dementia." Ivy sighed "from being a drunk . Frank"
Ian squeezed ivys hand as everyone started to walk out
"You good?"
"No this days been so shit"
"Yeah"
"I just lost my dad and sooner or later I'm gonna be homeless"
"I can help you find someplace" he offered
"With what money I'm broke"
"Then we will find you a job?"
"I don't wanna be working at Amazon like you thank you very much"
"Hey it's not all so bad!"
They both laughed
"You ready to leave?" He asked
"Mhm"
"Alright let's go then""
