The past couple of days had been rough for Ivy , whilst begging everyone for money she hadn't stopped drinking and it was becoming a massive problem. She was ruining herself.
She was currently sat outside sober fortunately when an old face appeared.
"Ivy?"
"Monica?"
"How are you?"
"Not good just lost my mum."
"Oh I'm so sorry Ivy , you know she was a beautiful women when I knew her I'm sorry for your loss. How are the rest of the kids?"
"Good."
"Can I see them?"
"Everybody's sleeping."
"Could you and I talk for a minute?"
"Nope I'm going in.
"Can I come in?"
"Nope."
Ivy then locked the door on her face and went out the back , she started to walk to the alibi when she ran into Frank who looked awful
"You good frank?"
"No"
"I need a drink."
"Same Ivy."
"You wanna join me at the alibi?"
"Yeah sure."
They then both went to the alibi , it wasn't open but Veronica Svet and Kevin were in there giving drinks to the two that entered .
And now like usual Ivy was drunk , Frank not so much .
"You've had a bit too much to drink Ivy , Ian told me what happened." Veronica took away her drink
"V don't be petty gimme the drink."
"You've had enough."
"Fuck off I haven't."
"Ivy your damaging yourself."
"I swear yous never said this stuff to Frank yet I'm being told it from every bloody direction."
"It's because your not yourself ."
"I'm me Veronica! I don't need changing."
"You do . Drinking was never your thing."
"Well it is now."
"Ivy your a bad drunk." Frank added
She burst out laughing
"Oh well if that isn't the pot calling the kettle black."
"No no no no .. I'm a good drunk it makes me happy but when you get drunk you get mean."
"Are you seriously telling me to stop drinking?"
"I would never say that to my worst enemy. I am telling you there are good drunks and bad drunks . A good drunk is fun a bad drunk wants to fight , a good drunk lives in the present and a bad drunk lives thinking about yesterday."
"Your a good drunk huh? I'm pretty sure you've hit your kids a few times while drunk."
"Those were mistakes. Accidents happen"
"I'm going home."
"Need a lift?" V offered but Ivy declined and stumbled all the way home.

Ivy had managed to pull herself together to get out with the boys but it ended up with Ian wanting to introduce Monica to Trevor and Ivy drunk once again.
"Hey!" Monica ran up to the 3 "oh my god your so , your so gorgeous Ian. I made a gorgeous man."
"A gorgeous man which wants you to fuck off." Ivy slurred
"Ivy stop."
"It's been a few years since I last saw you Monica , you planning on running away again soon?"
"Ivy please." Ian squeezed her hands so she would shut up
"You must be Ian's gorgeous friend Trevor?" She ignored ivys comments.
"Yeah pleasure." He kissed Monica's hand
"Bars closed." Ivy read the sign "absolute bullshit."
"I went passed a cowboy bar."
"Oh no Monica , Trevor won't go in there because they card."
"Are you underage?"
"No."
"No? You sure? Let me see your iD!"
"Fuck no."
"Ugh you are underage , no fun why wouldn't you just get a fake Id."
"I'm not fucking underage Ivy."
"Trevor ignore her she's drunk and still upset."
"Don't ignore me!"
"Yes ignore her , Ivy you need to stop."
"Don't tell me what to do Ian. Come on T give me your license." She started to get all up in Trevor's face , Ian was right she was drunk and completely out of it and unaware of how rude she was being .
"If he doesn't wanna show you he doesn't have to." Monica butted in
"It's an old licence."
"So?"
"Pre transition Ivy"
"You're trans?" Monica asked "I couldn't tell."
"Thanks . They make you show proof of gender confirmation surgery. So let's all gawk at the freak show yeah?"
Trevor then started to walk away
"Fix this now Ivy." Ian whispered
"Wait wait!"
"You wanna see prom pictures too? That's too bad . I was in the hospital with my wrist bandaged that night. I forgot to bring my camera."
"I didn't ask for prom pictures . I'm sorry Trevor I'm completely out of it."
"Yeah you are."
"Fuck you!"
"Fuck you too!"
"Hey stop with the name calling , Ivy just gets a little bit wounded up like her mom."
"Don't you ever bring my mum up Monica! Why are you even here?"
"To see my kids."
"No she means why are you here now. You see Trevor this is what she does . She just parachutes into your life like 'oh hey I'm here now' as if nothing happened ." Ian added , he was starting to get a little angry .
"That's —- I'm— im so sorry."
"You know I could've used a mom when I broke my collarbone at twelve . Or when I got my heart smashed for the first time ."
"She apologised move on." Trevor interrupted
"Move on?"
"You're only getting angry cause ivys angry Ian."
"Screw you all , let's go Ivy." Ian then started to drag Ivy away while he lit a cigarette
"Can I have it?"
"Here."
"I'm sorry Ian."
"It's fine."
"You're pissed off."
"Of course I'm pissed I have every right to be pissed . You're ruining yourself Ivy! And I'm just watching it happen cause there's nothing I can do to stop you."
She started to cry
"I'm doing my best."
"Your not, your drinking day after day night after night . They won't let you have Alicia if you continue. I mean you've almost got the money for her plane ticket right?"
"Yeah."
"How do you think she's gonna feel
When she gets told that she csnt fly out because her sisters become an Alcoholic and isn't safe to be around."
"I'm not an alcoholic Ian."
"Just stop trying to drink your mom away! It won't work. The Pain will always be there Ivy but you have to pull yourself together to be able to look after you sister."
"I'm sorry about Trevor I think I screwed it for you guys."
"You can just apologise to him in a few days it's fine , once your sober and have your shit together."
"Will you help me?"
"I've been trying."
"Please?"
"If you put effort in aswell then yes I'll do all that I can Ivy."
"I promise I'll put effort in."
"Come here."
The redheads then stood in the rain hugging as one cried for ages and the other stood there . They eventually got home and Ivy got yelled at by Fiona who was basically becoming her mum . Ian told her everything that happened tonight and she was furious with how Ivy was. She agreed to help aswell .
"Anything to get the Ivy I knew back." She whispered before letting Ivy go to sleep.

"Look Trevor."
"I get it Ivy I really do , your trying to drink your problems away but it's not working and so your slowly taking your anger out on others . I get it."
"Im so sorry."
"It's fine."
"It's not what I said was way out of line . If I was sober I wouldn't have said any of it."
"I know."
"Forgive me?"
"Not quite."
"Well I'll leave you guys."
"No drinks Ivy just to bed!" Ian reminded
"Got it dad."
