I end up somewhere out of town. Night has fallen. I have never been on this road before nor do I remember how I got here. In fact, I don't remember anything after I ran out of Richelle's. What time is it?

I reach over for my phone. It's in my purse, exactly where I last saw it. I turn it on. 10:36. Wow. It was roughly 10 AM when I ditched school. I've been out for nearly twelve hours since I was last conscious of my surroundings. The thought of being so vulnerable makes me panic.

Where am I? My car is stopped on the side of a single lane road. Farm land possesses the left side of the road while the right is completely untounched forest. Both areas are dark and isolated.

I look in the car's ignition. My keys aren't there. Where are they? I'm assuming my phone plan doesn't cover the area I am in since it doesn't seem to work in the bathrooms at school.

I start rumaging in search of my car keys. In the cup holders, in my purse, the backseat - nothing. What am I supposed to do now? I'm stuck in who knows where with no cell signal, no car keys and it's dark so I don't think anyone is going to be passing by anytime soon.

The panic I have been trying to hold back is now bubbling to the surface. A strong wind blows against my car and I begin to feel the cold air seeping through the windows of my vehicle.

Suddenly, something taps on my window.

"AH!" I scream. If I turn around to see an axe murderer, I am going to wake up from this deranged nightmare because this is just a dream, right?

I turn around to see Eldon at the window of the passenger seat. He doesn't have a weapon on him - that I know of - but that doesn't make his face anymore comforting.

"What are you doing here?" He asks. His voice is muffled and the wind is messing up his blonde hair that looks white in minimal light.

I'm scared to get out of my car but I don't want to communicate to him through glass so I lean over and open the door to the passenger seat. To my surprise, he doesn't get in.

"What are you doing here?" He asks again.

"Why are you here?" I don't want to answer any of his questions.

"Probably the same reason you're here." He says calmly as he ducks into my car.

"What am I doing here?" I trying to catch him slip up and I would like to know why I am here too.

"I don't know but there can't be many options can there?" He smiles but it's not content or friendly. It's creepy. There is no moon tonight but the indents in his face are carved even deeper by the pitch black shadows.

"Ok then." I nod. Now that Eldon is in my car, I don't know how I'm going to get him out.

"Where are you going?" He asks. His voice is much more gentil.

"I don't know." Which is the truth.

"Are you stuck or something?"

"Something. I don't know where my keys are." I admit timidly.

"Well, I don't believe I know where they are either so you're out of luck." He jokes. I'm starting to loosen up but I won't let my guard down.

"Do you have a car?" I ask.

"Yes I do. Oh, and if you're wondering if it's here or not, the answer is here." He smiles; so do I.

"Well, can you give me a ride?" I ask.

"Yes but I'm going somewhere so do you mind waiting for a bit?" Really?

"Or..." I imply without having to say anything. Hopefully he gets it.

"Or what?" He doesn't get it. Or maybe the dark smirk on his face is playing with me again.

"Or maybe I can go with you?" My scared voice comes back into play.

He pretends to think about it. I roll my eyes but I realize he can't see it so I let out a sarcastic groan.

"Um...Well, I guess." He says.

"Great." My voice is betraying me by lacking any enthusiasm.

"Ok, I'll let you gather your stuff. I'm going to pull up my car. It'll just take a minute." He says then exits my car as if he has succeed something.

I watch him walk off then I shove anything valuable into my bag, the rest can hide out under the napkins and old paper coffee cups.

Something lights up in my bag. It's my phone. I pull it out and it shows a new text message. I didn't think I would get service out here. Whoever sent this is most likely really close.

Walk away. I don't care where you go or what you do. Eldon is mine and don't forget it.

I should get used to feeling shocked. The number is yet again blocked but even if I want to text this person, I can't because I have no ablility to send a text message.

My phone lights up again.

You've already messed up, do you want to do it again? And if you were wondering, I brought you here.
