From where we left off, Hawks was keeping Shigaraki off the ground below, using his numerous feathers to stab and force him upwards. His feathers weren't the only weapons he had though, now testing the new prototype quirk erasing bullets commissioned by the Japanese Government. Unlike the God-Killers, these are temporary and weaker, wearing a light blue color but the more you have, the more effective they get.
Seemingly, Hawks had the advantage in the fight, but there was another contender. Toga was right behind him. She had gotten shot by the blue quirk erasing bullet which erased her Wind Manipulation, but in a few moments she'll be able to use it again and fly back into the sky and attack her target.
Let's continue.
"Not so tough when you're in the air, huh Shigaraki!!" Hawks mocked, knowing that he was at a large advantage in the air," You're in a bad spot in the air"
BANG!!!
"Tch!! Stupid bullets!!" Shigaraki hissed, throwing a fast jab to the left to create enough force to send him right and flaking down to the ground,' I'm not just some side character you lowtier. Midoriya isn't the only one almost as strong as All Might!'
Feeling inferior, Shigaraki had suddenly gotten a large encouragement boost. He may not be able to use most of his quirks as well in the air, but he had watched Sashi and Yagi fight before, how they moved airborne. He had been going over their movements while sitting in Tartarus, so that he may be able to do more of what he wants.
'....Hmm?.. Ah, it's back,' Shigaraki said spinning around in the air, head diving first towards the ground,' Stupid bullets erasing my quirks. Air Cannon!'
Hawks watched Shigaraki turn back, to aim his palm. His arm slightly increased to light an inflated balloon, before he grinned and shot off a large gust of wind.
SWOOSH!!!!
'(((!!!!)))' Hawks stared, seeing an invisible mass rush towards him. He dodged easily swing around the bottom of the attack but he quickly realized that Shigaraki had accelerated his speed falling down,'Crap'

"Hcch!! That chicken shot me!!" Toga hissed, applying pressure onto her right thigh as a small wound gushed out blood," And I can't use my quirk. I'm gonna fall to death!!"
Toga somewhat panicked as she violently spun around in the air, unable to use her hands to stabilize her fall. The ground was distant to the point where it didn't feel like it would reach her but the more she saw the ground as she turned, it came closer than she liked.
'Okay Toga, don't freak out, but your Wind Manipulation isn't working and you may fall to death. No big deal,' Toga self comfort,' Maybe Rivets could catch my fall. If I stab the ground before I hit it, then it'll take my force......No! Even Rivets aren't that strong! Oh jeez, what would Hisa-chan do?'

'Huh?' Toga internally gasped, suddenly feeling that her quirk had come back,' Wind Manipulation?!'
Toga flipped and spun until she focused her thoughts enough to feel the swirling wind that slid by her legs and fingers," HAH! WIND MANIPULATION!! But what happened?...could it be?..."
After stabilizing herself and regaining her ability to fly, she realized that it must've been the bullet that hit her. She looked at the small hole in her right thigh, as the bleeding prior had run down her leg but slowed. Looking closer, she saw a giant light blue color and using Rivets in a finger making it into a razor blade, she took it out.
"(cringe) ....Ow, that hurt," Toga said, examining the bullet in her hand with an irritated stare," These can erase our quirks so Shigaraki...Is in trouble!!"

"Air Cannon, Air Cannon, Air Cannon!!" Shigaraki repeated, blasting off gusts of wind towards Hawks falling down back first while Hawks simply followed diving head down," Sometimes it's good to spam the same move, like bashing the same button on your controller"
'He's boosting himself towards the ground at a high speed,' Hawks thought, gripping onto her feather blades in each hand,' Does he really intend on crashing on the ground? There are more heroes than villains now and he'll definitely take more than damage to render him disabled. So why....is he smiling?'
"(grin) Something on your mind number 2? If you don't catch me, I'll touch the ground," Shigaraki said with a hard stare, which sent a small wave of shivers down the hero's spine.
'Decay' Hawks internally thought, letting go of the feather blade in his right hand, and whipping out the 5 shot pistol that housed the light blue bullets," You won't be able to use that quirk, if it's gone"
BANG!!
The shot would've been a straight shit from Hawks to Shigaraki, until someone had caused him to miss.
TACKLE!!!!!!
In a single second, the fast speed of the diving Hawks was suddenly impacted when the speed of Toga's Wind Manipulation guided her straight into tackling Hawk's stomach. Hawks had missed his shot, shooting somewhere in the prison.
"Toga..." Shigaraki mumbled not in a surprised way, but more so less baffled.
"We can't have one of our leaders dying now," Toga said grinning as she wrapped an arm around Hawks while also gripping his left arm.
'This girl!!' Hawks thought, feeling a bit nauseous after colliding hard on his stomach against Toga.
But, though it may hurt, and ignoring that they were still hundreds of feet above the ground, he still pushed gripping tightly onto his pistol and aiming it straight into Toga's back.

'....gah......' Toga silently puked blood. The bullets had pierced straight through her back and came out the other end,'........'
'I've already killed Twice.....so killing another villain isn't anything,' Hawks thought, easing the stress in his heart but suddenly, Toga began to grip tightly onto his side and left arm, almost digging her nails in his skin," What the-?!"
".... Rivets..." Toga said as suddenly while holding onto the hero, razor sharp tendrils began to come out of her fingers and stab right into Hawk's skin and pierced through the other end.

"GAH!!!" Hawks cried out at the sudden pain he felt go through his abdomen,'Shit! I think she went through something important!'
'Doesn't feel so good does it!?' Toga monologues, making sure to keep holding onto Hawks tightly while they became unable to fall to the ground beside Shigaraki," Shigaraki!"
"(reaches out) Toga!" Shigaraki said, watching her and Hawks stay collected as they fell over to another area or the prison," Screw that!! Air Cannon-"

'(wide eyed)' Toga did.
"....Tch!...." Shigaraki sounded, seeing the small hole form on his chest and the glint at the end of Hawk's pistol.
'These things can only hold 5 bullets at a time... that's why I saved one last one for emergencies,' Hawks thought, slightly grinning as he lost most of his strength in his arm and dropped the gun.

The ground shook violently, and the air around Saiko shit outwards picking up dirt and even tipping over neighboring armored vehicles and such.
Saiko and Melissa were rather pinned to one spot, near one of the prison exposed generators that was for minimal use such as operating the first stage of security and the front gate.
"COME OUT!!!!" Mt. Lady frustratedly shouted downwards. She was in her giant form with her foot stomping on top of Saiko's Barrier, again shaking the ground,' For villains, this is so annoying!'
CRACK!!!!
"(COUGH)(cough)...Damn, it's cracking," Saiko spit out blood, while staring up to the top of her Barrier to see that it had begun to crack under the weight of My.Lady's stomps," Melissa, do something!"
"There's not much I can do! My Overhaul is not long ranged. I've been trying to make spikes from the ground to stop her, but she destroys them!" Melissa informed, keeping her hands on the ground as spikes formed outside the Barrier.
"(!!!) These again?! Really?!" Mt. Lady said, giving a kick to destroy all of them," You 2 are really annoying, like really annoying!"
'Crap, she's got us pinned,' Saiko internally punched a wall.
Saiko did her best to peer outside of her Barrier, and look around for anything she could use to her favor but, with Mt. Lady's constant stomps making dust fly up and creating a wall of dirt only she could see over, Saiko had a hard time identifying anything at most. She could make out the nearby generator but it was too useless to be used as an advantage. She was already having a hard time keeping up the defensive Barrier as it was, and Melissa didn't have too many supporting quirks.
Saiko knew this.
'If I use Switch...I risk losing my focus on my Barrier, and if I do drop it and let Melissa try to dismantle Mt. Lady with Overhaul, it might not go so well. She has range. Using my Body Freeze too wouldn't be as effective since Mt. Lady is in her giant form. I really wish I had some tea right now. I could use a drink or two,' Saiko thought, falling to a knee as more blood left her mouth as the Barrier cracked even more,' I'm so damn useless...what would Hisashi do? He's better at using my quirks, even my original IQ. Melissa. She's an inventor! Maybe that generator nearby can actually be helpful. If I can get Melissa there...'
Saiko began to raise her hand while pointing with her middle and pointer fingers. In order to use Switch, she had to be directing herself towards the objects or people she wants to switch places with. Sashi was able to lazily gesture his thoughts and hands, like throwing 2 things across your chest, but Saiko had to be more precise.
Aiming her pointer at Melissa, and the middle finger to a nearby turned over vehicle, she took a breath in and called out.
"SWIT-"

'((((COUGH))))!!!!!' Saiko suddenly gushed a mouthful of blood and collapsed to the floor, when the top of the Barrier and gave in, under the force of Shigaraki crashing down on top.

'What happened?!' Mt. Lady thought, taking a giant step back when she saw someone suddenly crash on top.
"Ngh.....Ow..." Shigaraki mumbled, as he pushed his jaw back into place.
"Shigaraki?!" Melissa said while on her bottom, having barely dodged Shigaraki's collision with the ground,"How did you- WAIT! DON'T TOUCH THE GROUND!!!"
Melissa suddenly shouted when she watched as Shigaraki pushed himself up to a knee. She wide eyed when his hand touched the ground beneath him, but to her relief and shock, not a single sign of his Decay formed.
"I can't use my quirk," Shigaraki raspily said, noticing that Saiko was on the ground with a small pool of blood coming from her mouth," You should probably fix her"
"Right..." Melissa said fixing herself up and hastily ran over to Saiko," This is going to hurt for a second Saiko, sorry in advance"
"....whatever..." Saiko said, closing her eyes, as Melissa tapped her forehead.
"Overhaul," Melissa said, making Saiko's entire body explode into a bloody mist and covering her front, board it all swirled back together and reformed Saiko into a fixed version," How do you feel?"
"I'm feeling dandy. Thank you Melissa," Saiko grinned as she patted her cheeks," Now, Shigaraki. Why can't you use your quirk?"
Saiko asked with an agreeing look from Melissa, but Shigaraki wasn't listening. He was inside his own thoughts as he glared around to see too much dust and distant fighting of heroes and escaped villains.
'(glare) I'm....feeling needy....' Shigaraki thought mostly looking at the low tier heroes who defeated Moonfish,' Quirks....I need quirks....What is this feeling?'
He looked down to his hands that slightly shook, and watched as his fingers twitch inwards.
"I'm not itchy....my Decay isn't coming back yet but Midoriya's copy of All For One... it's-"
"SHIGARAKI!" Mt.Lady shouted a few meters right in front of Shigaraki, standing tall in her giant form,"(puts hand to ear) Erasure!! I'm south from you! I know you're dealing with Kendo, but I need you here stat! Any other heroes who are long ranged, please support!"
'Most of the heroes are busy with the dangerous villains and Erasure...dammit! I'll just have to stall for the sake of someone who can deter Shigaraki,' Mt. Lady thought, making sure that she too, had a gun and light blue bullets in her giant sized pocket,' I also have to look out for Saiko and Melissa and make sure he doesn't use his quirk. Best to stay in my giant form'
"I know you won't but I'm inclined to say it anyway! Surrender now -- --- ---- -- ---- --- -----" Mt. Lady said, but to Shigaraki, it started to blur and mix, making it inaudible but it made little difference for when you weren't listening.
'What is she saying? It doesn't even make sense....and this feeling....(twitch) I need a new quirk.....her quirk....it can be....useful' Shigaraki thought as he tried his best to make out a word from Mt. Lady's mouth,' Is this what Midoriya feels? It's like when I itch'
This new feeling growing in Shigaraki was new to him as you can see. It may have been due to the constant erasing if his quirks while sitting in Tartarus, that he hadn't experienced it before.
It was foreign and made Shigaraki in a way uncomfortable for having the urge to take, rather than his usual urge to destroy as a result of his Decay quirk. The twitching in his fingers started to occur more often now. He wasn't even aware he was glaring at Mt. Lady.
'I...Need it!' He thought, feeling his own thoughts start to blur and his body start to slightly tense up at the legs,' I NEED IT!'
'Guess he's not listening,' Mt. Lady said, looking down at Shigaraki who liked her with a mean glare, but still giving the feeling of being lost," I warned you!! TITAN-"

"Hah...hah....what..?...just happened?" Mt. Lady said, when she instinctively swiped her hand in the air and made contact with Shigaraki, sending him crashing into the nearby prison generator,' I barely countered'
Shigaraki jumped towards Mt. Lady where he stood, cracking the ground beneath him as he did. His hands were reached out but didn't make it far when he got swatted like a fly.
"Shigaraki!" Melissa shouted, looking over to the ruins of the generator before...
"LUNA ARC!!!!!"
"Barrier!!" Saiko shouted, aiming a hand, when suddenly from above, Mirko dropped a heel kick right on top of Melissa,'(COUGH) She cracked it?!'
"Nice bubble!! Don't mind if I POP IT!!!" Mirko mocked, as she sounded and delivered another kick to the side.

"(COUGH)" Saiko coughed up blood.
"Overha-" Melissa said, reaching to poke Mirko's leg and dismantle it to atoms, but was countered when her hand had gotten kicked away and received a devastating headbutt to her face,"GAH!!!"
"Sorry to bash your pretty face in, but you had his coming!!" Mirko boasted as she maneuvered around Melissa and kicked her back, sending her sliding forward on her stomach, across the ground.
"Mirko!! What are-" Mt. Lady said.
"I heard your call for backup and something about Shigaraki," Mirko said, jumping into the air and landing on top of Saiko's back," More will be coming! But I just wanted to make things easier!!"
"GAHHH!!" Saiko cried when she felt her back pop.
"Where is he?" Mirko asked, more serious this time as she stepped off of Saiko and made sure that she hadn't broken any of her bones," Jeez kid. Sorry to be rough, but really your quirks are something to be cautious about"
"Don't apologize.... that's insulting," Saiko weakly said reaching out and stuck out her thumb to point at Mirko, while linting at a piece of rubble with her pinky," Swit-"
"Just stop. We have information of all your quirk and how they work," Mirko said covering Saiko's mouth," You can use Switch, without saying it"
'Damn....' Saiko thought, feeling her eyes blur in and out,' Am I really going to be defeated like this?'
"I had knocked Shigaraki over there, into the generator," Mt. Lady said, looking over towards the area of wires, metal boxes and tall electrical lines that hummed with flowing energy," Do you have your erasing bullets?"
"Bullets? Ha! Like I'd use those!" Mirko smiled while Mt. Lady stared at her judgingly," I don't need those dumb bullets"
"Those bullets probably saved my life!!" Mt. Lady said.
"Then that's your own weakness's fault" Mirko said, patting Mt. Lady's giant foot," Maybe next time you'll be stronger"
"Arghhh!!!" Mt. Lady whined.
'(grit)....quirk erasing bullets?' Melissa thought, weakly pushing herself up revealing a bloodied nose and a large bruise on her right forearm,'.... I'm so pathetic. I couldn't even do anything this entire time...it Saiko was useful to Hisashi'
Melissa frowned at the thought. She didn't like to admit it, but it was true. She wasn't strong like the other girls who were raised to be heroes with the exception of Toga, but even she had training in the dark side. She didn't have the most combat experience either.
Truly, against Mirko, any of them would've lost but she hadn't acknowledged that.
'Like I'm going to be left behind..' Melissa thought, trying to crawl forward when she looked forward to seeing 2 heroes stepping in front of her," Huh?"
"It's over, villain," A plant-like hero said, as he pulled out a quirk erasing handcuffs.
"You'll pay for what you've done," A water-like hero said," Cuff her-"

"(smile) Thanks you 2," Melissa said, when her hands reached out and taped the toes if their shoes," For your quirks"

"Huh?!" Mt. Lady and Mirko, both looked to the right to see that suddenly, the 2 heroes disappeared into a swirling mass of blood," WHAT THE HELL?!!!"
"I've been helping the doctor make Nomu's before the hospital raid," Melissa mumbled, as the many blood, tissue and bone cells swirled and formed new arms on her back," So I know a thing or 2 about this"
"I GOT THIS!!!" Mirko smiled widely, running over and jumping into the air," LUNA- (!!!)"
"(GLARE) Don't touch me," Melissa coldly said, aiming the palm of her third arm in her back, and hitting Mirko with a powerful water blast that made her fly into the sky.

"Mirko!!" Mt. Lady said, catching Mirko midair, in her hands," She had more quirks?!!"
"Tch...No. that quirk....was my pal's," Mirko angrily pouted, when she quickly stood up in Mt. Lady's hand and peered down at Melissa.
Melissa was glaring up towards her but the most obvious change was the 2 arms she had coming out of her back. They weren't any identical to her normal ones that hung in front of her. One left arm had blue veins wrapping around it being the hand that shot that water blast at Mirko. The other had green veins wrapping around it, representing that it was made from the body of the unfortunate plant-like hero.
-BADUMP-
"CHH!! My head..." Melissa held her head with her normal head, feeling her head bumping violently,' I guess I should've expected this would be painful to execute, but...nothing is stopping me from protecting Saiko!'
"Nice trick! But..." Mirko said, hopping on Mt. Lady's hand in a hyping manner," Me and Lady here, are gonna-"

Cutting off Mirko, the prison generator suddenly erupted in an explosion, shaking the ground and spewing fire and smoke into the air.
Mt. Lady wide eyed while Mirko starred as form the raging fires and Regenerating front the burns, Shigaraki simply walked out with a few flames clinged to his skin. His white hair seems to glint in the grey light from the rain clouds above, as he walks out with a smile on his face.
"(smile) This feeling," Shigaraki mumbled as his hands twitched," Is growing"

"Look at that...looks like you couldn't kill me afterall," Sashi said as he mockingly stepped on my stomach, while metal spears stabbed through, and pinned me to the ground," I never thought that today would be the day I'd finally defeat you, mother"
"(COUGH)(COUGH)(cough)....Sashi....," I coughed up blood, letting a drop run from my mouth and over the many scars and bruises on my face.
"(SMILE) See? The real Nana, would've already killed me by now," He said stepping harder into my stomach and I coughed up more blood," The poor thing about having a slow Regeneration, us that you get to live through painful experiences like this"
"Sashi- FLAME-"

As I called out his name and inhaled the best I could to let out a wave of flames, he was quicker to slam down his fist into my face and put out my flames. My vision went blurry for a moment but I was still able to see the red glow of his left eye, through the small crack I had put into his mask.
They were squinted as he smiled inside the mask. Lifting his fist from my face, I coughed again and watched him raise his left hand, using Metal Manipulation, as small pieces of metal nearby floated up and combined to form another spear in his hands.
"This won't kill you, but at best it'll make sure you stay down for a while," Sashi said, raising the spear above my head.
"Why....why would you go so far for me..?" I stupidly asked, as it seems to irritate him.
"You of all people should know....but I don't mind explaining, if that's what you want"
