"Could you tell us what happened at Nabu Island?!"
"Did any of your students get hurt?!"
"How many people have gone missing?!"
"Have they been found?!"
"Is class 1-A really ready to become heroes?!"
"What's the report on Midoriya?!"
"Is it true he was there?!"
"Please, the country needs answers"
"I am not obligated to give or release any information on the incident. Now, you all have a good day," Aizawa said, annoyed at all the reporters at the school's gates.
'I can't believe that Midoriya was actually there on the island the entire time (sigh) it's annoying how close we were and yet none of us knew' Aizawa thought to himself.
After leaving the island, the class reported my presence on the island to the authorities and somehow and someway, the news of the incident was leaked out to the public. Of course, this was only displayed as a rumour but with the country's current condition, the media and all those who listened in will believe anything.
"Mr. Aizawa, have you been teaching your students right?" A certain reporter suddenly asked and that ticked off Aizawa.
"What...did you say?"
"I-I uh...asked if you're really teaching your students to become heroes," the reporter asked again a bit nervously from Aizawa's stare.
"I'll have you know that-"
" Now, now Mr. Aizawa," Nezu said walking up from behind Aizawa," There's no need to reply, please, we must not be late now"
Aizawa gave all the reporters a glare with red eyes as each one of them had shivers sent up their spines. Him and Nezu didn't say said anything else to them as the school gates violently closed shut to keep anyone out.
The school wasn't as it used to be. More dorms have been built on the left side of the school to provide a roof over families, individuals, and others who were all in the areas where crime was the highest.
However school went on just like normal, or at least that is what it looks like from the outside. Inside the classrooms, especially the Hero courses and the support course, the respective teachers were giving out a precautionary warning on how things would start to go and one class in particular had requested something that needed to be discussed between the school, Hero Association and the local authorities.
"They want what?!" All Might asked half shouting"
"I feel the same way. There is absolutely no chance I'll support this," Nighteye said from the left of All Might.
"Um, sorry but you give us more details before we start, coming up with rash conclusions," Fatgum said.
"Of course but first I'd like to thank the support course teacher for providing both Mirko and Aizawa a new mechanical limb," Nezu thanked.
"Ha yeah!!! My arm feels great and now I can even make my hand spin!!!" Mirko said with a smile while her mechanical hand started to spin.
"It was my pleasure," Power Loader said," But now I'd like to get back to the topic"
"As do I," Miss Rias said," So class 1-A has offered more extensive and more intense training on their quirks. All Might and Nighteye have gotten the idea of what they're talking about but I'd like to know more about it"
Nezu looked around the table to all the heroes available, the head of the Hero Association and the respective representative of the police, Tsukauchi.
"They had requested for us to train them.....on how to kill," Nezu said which made the meeting room tense," When I first heard of this request form Aizawa, I knew that it would have to be a decision made from all of us. The idea of implementing a more violent training method is without a doubt troubling. If we do indeed start this, the media may pick up on it"
"Wow, those kids are really something Erasure," Mirko said," And.....I know why they would"
"Hmm, I've already predicted that this may happen, but this early and in their first year of U.A. What the hell did Midoriya tell them?" Nighteye said with his hands together.
"What my class reported is that Midoriya had said himself that they should be prepared to kill when necessary," Aizawa said.
"Even though he's not even in school, Midoriya is still manipulating them the way he wants to," All Might said not knowing what expression to have," But still, I am against teaching them how to kill"
"I think we should teach them how to really hurt a person," Mirko said," If they learn to kill then perhaps they can also learn better ways to deal with Midoriya because let's face it, lots of heroes now have gone soft"
"Woah! Mirko, do you know how many heroes died from our last battle with the league!" Fatgum said a bit irritated at Mirko's nonchalant expression," How could you say that about them!?"
"They lost because they were too soft Fatgum. And what about me? I took down multiple High-End Nomus by myself because I wasn't weak"
"Why you!-"
"That's enough you 2!" Miss Rias spoke up," Arguing won't get us anywhere. Nezu, I will support this intense training and will provide what resources you'd need. As of now, our top heroes are still recovering but we need to be ready for another hit. The community is suffering so if this guarantees the creation of even stronger heroes, then this to me is a no brainer"
"I agree with you Miss Rias. We need to sharpen their abilities as fast as possible for the upcoming battles we may face"
"But principal Nezu!-" All Might tried to say.
"I'm sorry All Might, but my decision is final. I understand that as a father your decisions are influenced. Izuku Yagi is a brilliant boy with potential but that is why we need him and his fellow classmates to evolve. Times are different than when you were the Symbol of Peace, but now it is our duty to prepare the next generation and the generations to come. My mind has been made and I will officially announce the method"
"I......(sigh) You're absolutely right. Very well then," All Might said in defeat.
"There's one more thing that keeps bothering me about Midoriya," Tsukauchi said," I do have my own idea on the matter, but I'd like to hear from all of you"
"Good ahead," Aizawa said
"Why hasn't Midoriya left Japan?"
"Why hasn't he left? Maybe he's scared to get caught by another country," Fatgum suggested.
"No...that's not it," Mirko said," I know him and he wouldn't even hide from a fight. Tsukauchi, could you explain what you might think?"
"Of course. I personally believe he's after something, something other than Yagi's quirk"
"Why would he be so fixated on his quirk though?" Fatgum asked but everyone except him, and the soldiers who accompanied Miss Rias, knew about One For All.
"We are unsure," Nighteye lied," but I think he may be after something he deems valuable. Questioning all the league members, we concluded that he at least has a reason to choose them"
"What reason is that?" All Might asked
"To build a family," Aizawa suddenly said as everyone turned their direction," or at least, that's what my class has come up with when they did their own research on Midoriya and his lineage"
"To build a family? That's an insane idea especially for Midoriya" Fatgum said.
"Well if you look at it from a distance, Eri is his daughter, Nana is his mother, the female league members are his wives or such and males are his brothers and this confirmed but Shigaraki when he accidentally called Midoriya 'brother' when he was in questioning," Tsukauchi said.
"I see, but they're all deep underground in Tartarus. So why would...he....... he's planning a jailbreak!"
"Yes, that is what I think as well," Nighteye said," If he does intend to break into Tartarus, then I'm sure he will not do it alone. He will be crafty and most likely orchestrate a group of villains to improve his power"
"We need to stop him! So where exactly do we look?" Fatgum asked.
"Firstly, Nana can sense the general direction of Midoriya. We can't have her leave the prison but we can have her give us a general location and secondly, we can watch for any sudden drops of crime. If they are indeed grouping up, then they won't be committing any more crimes in the area"
"But we can't act right away. Endeavor, Hawks, and many high tier heroes are still hospitalized and in 2 more weeks, they should fully recover. Until then we can't make any rash decisions on moving in. I hate to say this, but we'll have to wait," Nighteye said, clenching his hands on his lap.
"Yeah, and with the forces we have now, we won't be able to face him assuming he's already gathered 100 quirks," Mirko said placing a thumb on her chin," I think we should start getting ready for the inevitable prison break attempt"
"That's something we'll handle," Miss Rias said," If we're all on the same page now, I think it's time for action"
"Right, I'll have Nana give us Midoriya's direction," Tsukauchi said, getting up from his seat and dashing out of the meeting room.
"Good. I'll prepare the necessary paperwork and resources needed," Miss Rias said getting up from her seat and walking towards the door," I will not let this country fall into the hands of evil so you best be all prepared"

On the south side of Japan, crime suddenly became moderate. It wasn't necessarily high, but it was a noticeable change that I observed. Toga had been busy compiling all kinds of villains into one large group that almost rivals the liberation army.
"And I present to you, you're ruler!!!!! HISA-CHAN!!!!" Toga introduced me to a large crowd of many different people in an underground lair.
"It's really him!!!"
"Our savior!!!"
"Finally, someone who can change this world!!!
"Toga," I said next to her," What is this?"
"After I left the league before the hospital battle, I may or may not have gathered this large force under your hero name All For One. They seem to like it better than your real name, sorry"
"Actually, I'm quite pleased that you used that name instead of mine," I said looking at the crowd of chanting and yelling villains.
Any villain you may think of, they were here. The garbage on the side of the road, the dirt on your floors.
"Excellent job Toga. You've impressed me by how devoted you are," I praised Toga with a pat on the head.
"Aww, Hisa-chan, you don't have to be so nice~~" Toga cooed.
"Now then, let's see what they're made of. Eri, stick with mommy Toga while I'm here," I told Eri, taking her off my shoulders and handing her to Toga.
"Okie daddy!" Eri smiled.
"Toga, take her somewhere comfortable"
"Will do. Bye Hisa-chan!!"
'Hmm. If Toga indiscriminately brought in all these villains, then there won't be as much criminal activity going on in the public. The Hero Association is definitely going to notice this. Well I'll makes sure Nana doesn't help them'
Now, when the detectives ask Nana to turn her head in my direction in her cell, she won't be able to since I have seen it as sensitive information. She was now useless to their investigation.
'That takes care of that. Now then, time to rule over these criminals'
I stood at a high stage much like on top of a building overlooking a whole city. It was interesting to see just how many different villains there were with each of their own characteristics, but I also noticed that work didn't even look like villains at all and the ages were all bouncing from young to old.
They continued to chant All For One like if I had recently gotten elected as president but as soon as I stood at the edge of the stage I was on, they quickly quieted down.
'Popular aren't I'
"Ladies and gentlemen, fellow villains. Thank you for joining me today for I have returned but before I start going on about how we'll do things, I can see some of you are skeptical about me, since I am only 16. Let's fix that. If there is anyone who is against me, please do not be afraid to speak up. My ears are open"
At first, they all seemed to be confused but then after understanding a little better, a few had objectected my role in this new league of villains.
"Yeah I have a problem. Why are we following a goddamn hero kid? I mean he doesn't even look intimidating," a huge guy said walking up to the front of the crowd.
"Oh? And what is your name?" I asked the hulk of a man.
"Come down here and I'll tell ya brat. Ain't no way you're gonna talk down to me," he said with his eyebrows furrowed.
As requested, I jumped down what seems to be a 6 story high fall, and landed cracking the ground below my feet.
When I looked up at the man, it took me a second to see his scar covered face. He was tall like a building, and he was incredibly built like a giant. He wore a scowl and his eyes were a burning yellow.
"You're All For One? Tch! Last time I saw a face like yours it was being tossed away into a ditch but I've heard about your power and wanted to see it for myself"
"And the name is?"
"Just call me Rocky"
"Sure Rocky, now, you must be a fighter if you're this big. Is this your quirk?"
"Yeah. My quirk is called Gauntlet. I can create large heavy gauntlets on my arms and fists but my size is just a mutation for having a powerful quirk. Now, enough talk, let's fight and settle who's the strongest"
Rocky didn't even give me a second as a whiplash of a punch was sent to my side and suddenly a heavy wind followed behind the attack.
"Woah!"
"He's fast"
"But what about All For One?!"
"Nice attack there Rocky," I said as I caught his heavy punch," but who said you can attack me?"
"You..Gah-"
I drove a fist right into his chest destroying his heart along with it. I felt his entire body begin to shake as he fell to one knee, but he wasn't done for he lifted his other hand and smashed it on the top of my head but instinctively from beneath my feet, Roots came out and caught the attack.
"N-no...way..how can a kid..."
"This is a fight club Rocky," I said with a straight face," You aren't allowed to do as you please unless I say so and to set an example, I thank you for dying here and now"
Out my arm that I shoved past his chest, I activated Steeleto and sent dozens of needles to come out and pierced his skin from the inside out, quickly killing him and making the blood spray around onto me and a few other villains who were now looking to me as the alpha.
I pulled out my arm but didn't stop as I manifested multiple Black Lines and combined Furnace to make heated whip like instruments. I wrapped the burning strings around his body and forcibly pulled my hand to my side, allowing all the strings to cut right through and make layers of his corpse.
It stood still before the head tilted toward and a piece of his head slipped off and continued all the way down to his feet like when your Jenga game falls over.
'I don't need his quirk'
"Does anyone else want to challenge me?" I said, wiping a bit of blood from my face in silence.
Like I had suspected, a few more vicious looking villains stepped up to the front of the crowd. Blades, sharp teeth, spiky hair, and more features that really show how villainous these guys were.
'Looks like this is the weeding process. Oh well, Commu'
<Toga, can you hear me?> I said inside her head.
<Yup!! What can I do for you, Hisa-chan?!>
<I might take a while to wipe out the opposition so I'd like you to keep yourself and Eri away from this room. Also, could you get a fake wooden knife?>
<A fake knife?>
<Yes. I want you to start training Eri on how to use a knife as skillfully as you. She has another quirk called Adept so her learning how to a knife won't be to difficult>
<Hmmm, okay!! If you say so boss man. But you'll to repay me with some of your delicious blood okay~>
<Of course. You can have as much as you'd like>
<Yay!!! Okay then Toga out!>
After giving Toga her orders, I sensed that there were now 312 villains who stepped up. I didn't mind bringing our numbers down since I know that all of those who did try to oppose me are just stupid. They all wanted death and that's what they'll get.
I got into a battle stance, and watched the villains get into theirs before it all started with them charging at me and with a smile spreading across my face.

"WHAT?!" Tsukauchi said shocked," What do you mean you can't tell us his location?!"
"It's like I said Naomasa, looks like he doesn't want me to give you his directions," Nana said while looking up.
"So now we lost our biggest asset in locating him. Could you give me anything?! What does he feel right now?"
"..........."
"Nana?"
"He's feeling pleasure..."
"Oh jeez he's finally doing it," Tsukauchi said, placing his hands in his face.
"No..Not that," Nana said furrowing her brows," It's more like, he enjoying something he shouldn't be but the feeling isn't like doing the deed"
"(sigh) I doubt it'll be helpful to locate him though. Well, I'll be reporting this to the Hero Association. Our investigation will be slowed because of this"
"Yes, yes it will, which is precisely why he didn't want his directions given out. He's definitely planning something big," Nana smiled, probably knowing what it was.
"Well, I also have orders to relocate you and the league members somewhere else so, men!" Tsukauchi said as 2 built men came into their cell and tilted her chair back and rolled her away.
"This is kinda fun," Nana said enjoying the ride.

"You want us to put them in the same room?" Tsukauchi said over the phone.
"That's right. If Midoriya is indeed trying to break out this league of his, we'll need to be as prepared as possible. Keeping all of them in one spot is ideal and so we can bury them in security," Miss Rias said.
"I'm not so sure if that's a good idea Lady Rias"
"It's not your job to think so. You have your orders so get it done," Miss Rias said before abruptly ending the call.
Tsukauchi sighed as he looked at a screen that displayed all the league members through the cameras in their cells. Like usual, they were mostly behaved doing small things like swaying side to side, scratching their backs against the chair and such but the thing that Tsukauchi always noticed, is that they all had a smile on their faces, smiles that put him on edge.
"Brother...," Shigaraki said, catching the attention of Tsukauchi who quickly enhanced his cell's camera.
'Is he talking to someone?' Tsukauchi thought as he watched Shigaraki twitch from an itch.
There was a moment of silence when Tsukauchi almost brushed it off as an odd behavior but that was before he heard Shigaraki talk again.
"Brother.... he's...coming..," Shigaraki said as he slowly turned his head towards the camera and a smile crept onto his face.
'Midoriya....what the hell are you trying to prove'
