IN CLASS
"Class, meet U.A's top students or otherwise known as The Big Three" Aizawa introduced as a blond fellow, Nejire and a shy looking student came into the classroom.
"So they're the big three?!" Yagi said.
"They look like normal students to me," Kyoka said.
"Get to it. Introduce yourselves" Aizawa said to the 3.
"Hey everyone! I'm Nejire Hado but you guys already know that!" Nejire said, bouncing on her toes,"I like training, flying, Hisa-kun and sweets!"
'(sigh)'
"Hey! You can't say that out loud!" Kyoko said angrily, blushing.
"I'm sorry but I just really really really love him!" Nejire said flying over to my desk.
"Nejire-"
Nejire angrily stared at me.
"Neji-Bae, perhaps you should explain what work studies are?"
"I could but.....I WANT TO STAY HERE WITH YOU!" Nejire said wrapping her arms around me.
"That's it! Ladies! Let's get her!" Momo said, holding a pitchfork she created.
"This is completely irrational," Aizawa said with a red aura around him.
After a questionable introduction I didn't pay attention to, we were brought to a training gym, the same gym my class used to create ultimate moves except with no pillars. We were also told to put on our PE uniforms. Aizawa was standing to the side with Todoroki while the rest of us were in front of the blond 3rd year named Mirio. I actually didn't know what his quirk was so I was interested in how he became 1 of the big three.
Nejire and the shy one named Tamaki, were also standing to the side. Tamaki had his face on a wall while Nejire had her hand in the air cheering on everyone.
"You can do it! Especially you Hisa-kun!" Nejire shouted.
"Ha, I don't think she knows what she's cheering us on for" Sero sweatdropped.
"You might be right about that one Sero," I said.
"Mirio you're impossible," Tamaki said still on the wall," It'd be bad if one of them get so hurt that it'll take weeks for them to recover"
"What!" Mineta said.
"Don't worry, he's probably trying to sike us out," Kirishima said.
"Midoriya, do you know what his quirk is?" Yagi asked me.
"Sorry, but I have no clue who this person is in the first place but now we'll have a close up view on just how powerful he is. By the way Yagi, you should probably go first along with the other close up fighters in our class"
"Yeah, that sounds like the best course of action right now. Everyone! We need all close up fighters in the front and far range fighters in the back!" Yagi ordered.
'Yagi's rubbing off of me a bit. This is the first time I've seen him give a direct order'
"Midoriya what about you?"
"I'll fight Mirio last. I'm sure you know why"
"Right, okay then could you please stay between us and the far ranged?"
"Of course. Good luck Yagi" I said, giving him a pat on the back.
"Well aren't you all full of fire! Alright let's do this!" Mirio said getting in a fighting stance.
I did as Yagi asked and stood between the far and close ranged fighters with my arms crossed. I could feel Mr. Aizawa's gaze on me but it didn't bother me as much as it had before. I sent him a smile and he just glared back at me.
I sensed that Yagi had launched his attack at Mirio.
"Let's see your quirk-WHa!" Yagi yelled as Mirio's PE uniform suddenly slipped through his body.
"AH!!! He's naked!!" Kyoka said in the back.
Mirio had seemingly fallen through the floor and the next second he flew up from the ground behind Jirou causing her to yell some more.
"He can warp!" Kaminari said.
"How'd you get such a good quirk!?" Mina said.
'It allows him to phase through things?'
"First I'll take out all the long ranged fighters!" Mirio said, charging towards my classmates.
One by one, our far fighters had gone down in a single punch. When they had all been brought down to their knees, Mirio fell back into the floor and popped behind Yagi but just like him, Yagi countered his surprise attack with a kick. It was a nice analysis from Yagi but Mirio overpowered him and managed to get another devastating blow to his stomach. Yagi went down and soon the rest of the close rage fighters followed the same fate.
"Now that everyone is taken care of, it's your turn!" Mirio said, pointing at me.
"Put on some pants first" I said looking away.
"Oh right! Sorry" Mirio said as he shuffled his pants on.
"Mirio! Hisa-kun! Give it your all!" Nejire said.
"Nejire, Mirio can fight" Tamaki said.
"Give me your best first year!" Mirio said.
"Fine. Rivets!"
I sent multiple Rivets straight towards his head but as I thought they all went through him.
"C'mon first year, I know you could do better than that"
'I don't have any quirks that could actually stop him but, if he goes through stuff then right now is feet are actually in a physical state and I just happen to have the right quirk for stopping people'
I slowly held out a hand towards Mirio and clenched a fist and like I thought, he even felt that his feet won't move.
"Body Freeze" I said with an evil smile.
"Ope! Gotta go!" Mirio said as he fell back through the floor.
My quirk was still active so that confirms that his body is still here and not like Obito from Naruto.
'Will he show up behind me?' I said turning around but.
"Nice try but wrong guess" Mirio said in front of me but as I turned to face him, he went right through me and delivered a good punch to my liver causing me to let go of Body Freeze.
"Ha! Impact Recoil!"
I was sent sliding to my left while he was also sent away.
"Nice punch, but too bad I can't actually feel it" I boasted.
"So you do have multiple quirks than the ones you used during the Sports Festival. How interesting!" Mirio said with a smile that somewhat annoyed me.
'Looks just like All Might'
"Woo! Let's go guys!" Nejire said with sparklers in her hands and the class behind her.
"Nejire, where did you get those?" Tamaki asked.
"Shhhh! Mirio is attacking again"
"(sigh)"
Mirio this time, ran towards me with a punch and because of my Impact Recoil, I got careless and let him punch me. His punch aimed right towards my chest and went through a bit but what I didn't expect was for him to deactivate his quirk while his fist made contact with my heart.
"What!" I said as a sudden pain filled my chest.
"Sorry to be rough, but I know you can handle it!" Mirio said as his punch continued and sent me flying back.
"(cough) You are something else. So this is why you're part of the big three" I said wiping a bit of blood from my mouth.
'I got careless. If I didn't have Healing Touch, he would've probably killed me'
"So what do you think first year!? Are you interested in work studies..."
I got back to my feet but a dark aura surrounded my body metaphorically. I grew a wide smile on my face, I hadn't been this excited since fighting with Nana in our training but now, I have someone who I can't even touch.
"(chuckle) Mirio! THIS IS FUN!!!" I said with a red eyed glare.
"Woah now first year, there's no need to- what, again?"
I used Body Freeze on his lungs this time. I had a hand held out while I used my other hand to shoot a few Air Bullets at his feet causing him to his knees.
"Mirio!" I said running at him"
"Yikes!" Mirio said, falling into the floor.
"Rivets! Furnace! Proximity!" I said.
I sent down my Rivets into the ground and used Proximity and Furnace to explode the floor in flames.
"Woah! That's hot!" Mirio said flying up from the floor.
"Air Cannon!" I said.
I launched an Air Cannon but again, my attack went right through him and ended up putting a hole in the training gym's wall.
Mirio landed back down still smiling down at me.
"Okay, I think that's enough for today," Aizawa said, erasing both of our quirks.
"Wooo!" Nejire cheered.
"Fine" I said walking over to the class.
"Wow! Even our top student couldn't beat him?" Kaminari said.
"Yeah! Do you have 2 quirks or something like Todoroki and Midoriya!" Mina asked.
Mirio went on about how his quirk works. He also talked about how at first it was weak and that he made it strong. After standing through his entire speech, the class had all gotten encouraged to join a work study, but that wasn't confirmed to happen yet.
I was a bit irritated that such an annoying quirk existed and actually considered taking it but I didn't think Aizawa would appreciate that so I left it alone.
"Alright class. Say thank you" Aizawa ordered.
"Thank you!!" The class said bowing.
"Midoriya, you too" Aizawa glared at me.
"Fine, Thank you" I bowed.
AFTERSCHOOL
"Man, that speech Mirio gave was totally cool am I right?" Mina said to the girls.
"Yeah, he even sounded like a real hero, ribbit" Asui said.
"Man! I can't believe we lost so fast" Kirishima said.
"He even managed to pull a draw against Midoriya," Kaminari said.
"Hey guys!," Yagi came running over to Kirishima and Kaminari," Have any of you seen Midoriya. I've been looking for hi to ask about his new quirk, but I can't find him"
"I SAW THAT VILLAIN LEAVE NOT TOO LONG AGO!" Bakugo said carrying some trash bags.
"Woah Bakugo! You actually paid attention to Midoriya?" Kirishima said.
"NO! I DIDN'T! SHUT UP!"
"Where'd you think he went?" Kirishima asked Yagi.
"Yeah, it seems kinda out of place for him to just leave" Kaminari said.
"He went out of campus"Aizawa said, coming into the dorm.
"He left?" Ochako asked.
"Yeah. For a meeting" Aizawa said.
"Huh, I wonder what it's for?" Kyoka said.
"Hey Yagi, maybe we should follow him" Kaminari nudged.
"I don't know maybe we should-" Yagi tried to say.
"Excellent idea Kaminari!," Momo said," We should go look for him as classmates worrying for his safety and not because we want to spy! THAT'S RIGHT! NOT TO SPY! ARE YOU WITH ME GIRLS?"
"YEAH!!" The girls said.
"We should all go!" Kirishima said," It'd be fun to see what Midoriya does in his freetime. Aizawa?"
"Do what you want" Aizawa said," and Bakugo, you can leave too"
"LIKE HELL I WANT TO SEE WHAT THAT VILLAINS DOING"
"Cmon Bakugo, maybe we could see a weakness of Midoriya's," Kaminari said.
"AHHHHHHH FINE!!!" Bakugo yelled.
"Then it's settled, we'll leave in 5 minutes" Yagi said.
"Wait. Couldn't Midoriya sense us?" Tokoyami said.
"Not entirely," Yagi said," He can sense the number of people in a room but he'd have to focus on a single person to see if he recognizes them and plus if we stay about 60 feet away from him, we can get close enough to see where he's going"
"Excellent work Yagi on keeping details" Momo said," Alright! Let's go!"
WITH ME
While the class had arrived back into our dorm, I had gotten permission to leave the campus for tonight. I was meeting with an old friend. She's an out of country inventor who lives on 'I' Island, a place where scientist and inventors met to create gadgets for heroes or the world and since she's been living there for a while and had gotten experience from many, that made her the perfect person for me to recruit on my way to my goal. She's a blond, blue eyed American with her father being a famous scientist.
She was flown over to Japan to meet me in person on my request. I was open about my quirk and she obviously had some interest in it. Fun Fact, she was the one who created my mask while the suit came from a different company. I was shocked at how easy it was for her to take a plane over but I guess she just has a lot of freedom.
Our meeting point was picked by her being a small diner called 'Mr. Waffles'. I thought it was a bit underwhelming but with it's usually packed seating, it makes sense to meet someone in a more public area.
I still had a while to walk to get there. I could've used my quirks to move faster but I felt like enjoying the moonlight on my hair. To others, my face was shadowed while my white hair glowed like a forest full of snow or that's what Kyoka says.
'I wonder how she'll react meeting me. Are my eyes too red? Maybe I should've worn something better'
I was wearing my black button up dress shirt, black pants and shows. Something simple since this is just a meeting.
"She'll be fine. Hopefully she didn't wear something that draws so much attention especially for an outing in a small diner"
I was almost there when I suddenly got the feeling I was being followed. I spun around quickly but the street was too dark, so I used Awareness but couldn't sense anyone nearby.
'Maybe it's my imagination'
I continued forward and that's when I saw the diner's large sign in neon writing. It was way bigger than a normal diner would have but it just proves how popular the place is.
'Nice taste...Melissa'
WITH THE CLASS
"Mineta! You idiot, how did you trip over a crack in the sidewalk?" Kirishima said.
"I'm sorry, my feet have a hard time walking so fast!" Mineta said.
"That was close, but it looks like he didn't sense Mineta in time," Yagi said, peeking around a wall.
"Good but why is he going to a diner?" Ochako asked.
"Maybe he's hungry?" Sero suggested.
"Perhaps, but I don't see Midoriya being one to walk all the way out here for a quick meal" Yagi said.
"Yeah, does seem kinda sus," Mina said.
"Yeah! Hisa-kun can cook for himself if he wants to" Nejire said, poking her head to the front.
"Nice thing we brought Nejire. She's the only one who has Midobro's number to track his location" Kirishima said while also shaming the other girls.
"Everyone look!," Yagi said," He's looking at someone"
"Where! Lemme see!" Momo said with binoculars.
"Yaoyorozu, what do you see? Yaoyorozu?" Shoji asked.
"Momo?" Kyoka asked.
"Take a look for yourselves" Momo handed Yagi the binoculars.
"Okay, lets see" Yagi said as he peeked through the binoculars," Midoriya is..."
"Is what? C'mon man spill the tea!" Mina whined.
"With another girl!" Yagi said.
"ANOTHER GIRL!!! ARE YOU-" Bakugo yelled but Sero covered his mouth.
"Everyone down!" Yagi said, having everyone duck back down behind the wall," He's looking this way"
BACK WITH ME
'Did I just hear Bakugo?'
I used Awareness with Proximity but whatever made that noise was out of range.
'Seems like it was nothing'
I faced back forward as I saw a familiar set of blond hair come out of a red car across the diner and it looked like I was also noticed. She was wearing a pink bow with a plaid design the same as her shirt cuffs. Grey pants with pink socks and large brown boots.
"Hey Snowsashi!" Melissa greeted as she gave me a 'around the neck' hug.
The nickname Snowsashi, was created by her with inspiration from Nana's nickname for me 'Sashi'. The snow part of the name was referring to my white hair. We knew each other when we were little.
"Melissa. It's great to see you in person again after so many years, and thank you for making my mask, it works perfectly, like you" I charmed her.
"(blush) Thank you for saying so and I didn't forget to bring your latest order!" She said holding up a large case that looked heavy.
"Let me Melissa. You've had a long trip" I said grabbing the case.
"Oh! Thank you so much, it was so heavy"
"Well shall we go inside. I got us a booth" I said leading her to the entrance.
"We shall" She said as she held out a hand.
'Why's her hand out?.....oh! That's right! Nana's lectures, the infamous 'hand holding technique'
I grabbed her hand and pulled her into the diner. I brought us to a booth in the corner where the light's weren't too bright and we had a window that just happened to have a good view of the ocean.
"Hope you don't sitting in the back" I said seating myself across from her.
"Not at all, this view is amazing. The sea kinda reminds me of you" Melissa said staring out the window.
"Really? How so?"
"Do you want the light version of the deep version?"
"I have all night Melissa. Please, tell me both"
She had a faint blush on her cheeks as she turned herself towards me.
"Okay then," She said holding my hand on the table," When I see the moonlight reflect of the dark ocean, it reminds me of your hair"
"I see. It does look like me when you put it that way"
"But it is not just physical appearances that I remember. The dark ocean is deep and still full of mysteries despite having such modern technology. And the moon's reflection also resembles your bright heart"
"Am I that goth?" I joked.
"(chuckle) Not at all Snowsashi. You're even better than that. It's true that you carry a dark aura with you, but I just can't help but feel drawn into it like I need to discover all the unknown"
"You were right. That was a deep way of thinking about it" I said with my charming smile.
She interlocked our fingers still on the table.
"Snowsashi...." Melissa said staring into my eyes.
"Uh hum!" The waitress said next to us, making Melissa's hand to speed back to her lap.
"Ah! Hi! Sorry for.." Melissa tried to say.
"It's perfectly fine ma'am," The waitress said genuinely," You too are so cute together"
"AH!(blushing intensifies) We-we aren't actually, ummm!"
"Could we get two orders of your special with a little salt?" I said trying to help out Melissa.
"Sure thing and would you like our couple's dessert as well?"
"That would be great," I said.
"Your order will come right up!" The waitress said as he left to their kitchen.
"Thank you Snow Sashi!" Melissa said letting out a sigh of relief.
"Now problem"
"By the way, what is special?"
"I actually don't even know. Nana says that I should always order the special when I eat out with someone"
"That's so like her! How is she anyways?" Melissa said obviously not knowing.
"Nana she....she passed in the line of duty"
The mood quickly shifted from comfortable to depressing. When I looked at Melissa, I could see she was regretting asking a question but really it wasn't her fault at all. The news must've not made it to 'I' Island but I'm sure All Might's retirement did.
"Hisashi, I-"
"It's fine Melissa. You didn't know"
"That's true but now I have to make it up to you!"
"Melissa, I'm fine, don't worry"
Melissa started to pout.
'Why are girl's like this? They cannot be all like this right?'
"Fine, I have something in mind"
"Anything!"
"I want you, to smile for me"
"What?"
"You heard me. If you can smile for the rest of the night, I'll forgive"
"Snowsashi, why do you always have to be so..you!"
"I have no idea what that means, but if you are agreeing to my condition then we can continue on our date" I gave her a big smile.
"Okay, okay! It's a deal" She smiled back blushing"
'Tonight is a good night'
