I forgot that Jess was still staying at my house. She runs upstairs and chases after me.
"Everything ok?" Jess asks walking into my room.
"Yeah, sure, if ok consists of Sammy saying he has feelings for me, and then Jack saying he loves me" I say rolling over on my bed.
"WHAT??" Jess screams.
She jumps into the bed and curls up next to me.
"Tell me everything" she demands.
I tell her what happened, and then break down in tears.
"Hey, it's going to be ok. You know what would really help right now?" Jess says.
"What?"
"Getting drunk at a party with your best friend! Duh!" Jess says laughing.
"Riiiigggghhhhtttt" I said sarcastically.
"Come on, let's go get ready. We can do each other's hair and makeup, and we can help each other figure out what to wear" Jess says dragging me out of bed.
"Ok, fine."
We get ready and head downstairs.
"Matching outfits? Nice" Johnson says.
We both decided to wear leggings with crop tops, leather jackets, and combat boots.
"You two look hot as fuck" Sam says walking through the front door.
"What are you two doing here?" Jess asks.
"We're here to take you two to a kick-ass party" Johnson says.
"Let's get going" Sam says winking at us.
Sam and I walk out to my car while Jess and Johnson hop into Johnson's car.
"You ready for this?" Sam asks.
"As long as I have you with me, I'll be fine."
"Good because I'll be right by your side, and if Jack tries something I will personally kick his ass."
"Thanks Sam, but I don't think that'll be necessary."
"Ok, well I'm just throwin' it out there."
We arrive at the party 15 minutes later.
