Michael, MJ and I have been all over LA looking for a place to have MJs first birthday party, we ran into Ashton and its the same thing explaining over what happened to Michael but he didnt really mind.

We decided to make MJs party at my dads beach house in Malibu

atleast thats where he offered, itll be february so it would not be that hot but atleast we can have a bonfire at night on the porch or something

we went to over 7 different party cities and party stores and got a crap load of stuff

we were now at subway eating. and thank god because i was extrmeely hungry

"do you think your dad will be okay if we go see the beach house to see where we can set up everything? not now but closer to the date" he says

i nod "yeahh he wont have a problem with it" i smile

"does he still think im a bad influence?"

"he thinks youre a worst influence than Luke"

"thats bull" he laughs

i shrug

"so what happened between you two? both of you were fine i guess yesterday or was that my imagination?"

"we were but I dont want to talk about it"

he nods "sorry"

"so what have you decided "

"bout?" he asks

"your parents and the whole situation"

"i called them last night when I got to the hotel"

"and?" i give MJ some broccoli soup

"I told them im on a road trip" he shrugs

"didnt they ask where?"

"yeah but I told them somewhere in California, they have no idea because I didnt mention you before I left so they wouldnt be suspicious or anything"

"i hate you hiding from them" i say

"and I hate how they treat you for no reason"

"same" i smile

"so christmas is coming up" he says

"what does MJ want?"

"I- I dont know" i laugh

"what do you want?" he asks

"honestly, i already got what I want"

"whats that?"

"MJ and you being alive"

"corny" he smirks

"im serious" i laugh

I get a little of the broccoli soups and MJ yells and pouts

"hey!" i laugh

"just like daddy" Michael says

"whatever"

"we throw everything away and head back to my place"

"ill get going, uhm wait I got a new phone whats your number?" he says

i grab his phone and put my number in "text me so i can save it"

"will do" he kisses my cheek and kisses MJ goodbye

I watch him drive away, I need to prepare myself to what ill find or wont find inside the apartment. I decided to get the party stuff out tomorow, right now all i want is to get inside because its cold for MJ right now

i walk inside the apartment and the first thing I find is a broken flower vase , it was smashed against the wall where the door is because the wet spot still stays there

I walk forward to the livivng room and I see Luke laying unconcious on the couch surrounded by a shitload of beer bottles

"oh hell no" I walk to MJs room and put him in his playpen with his toys

i shut the door and walk out back to Luke

"Luke wake up"

i lean in and he smells like alcohol, why the hell would he drink.

"Luke!!"

nothing

i go to the kitchen and fill a bottle with cold water

i make my way back to him "if you dont wake the fuck up im going to throw this at you Lucas"

i pour the water on him, he flashes up in an instant "what the fuck are you fucking doing!"

i have to prepare myself for everything hes about to throw on me, last time I saw him this bad was at his party

"what exactly were you thinking getting drink where my baby lives?!"

"you want me out after all the shit i did for you"

"No Luke, i want you out because of all the shit you put me through, its not fair"

"you know whats not fair? the fact that i put a label on you for the first time ever and you fuck me over because of my job which buys you expensive shit you dont complain about!"

i shake my head "ill give everything back, If i knew how you got the money theres no way in hell I wouldve accepted anything , Luke i love you so fucking much you have no idea how much everything hurts me"

"I see that you're very hurt you bring your ex boyfriend to your apartment to take over MY son and girlfriend and let him be shirtless"

"you cant be an inconsiderate prick right now, you know exactly what happened with Michael what i went through you cant throw that in my face Luke you just cant"

"you never took off the engagement ring" he cries

"i thought he was dead! and im pretty sure it will be the only engagement ring I ever get"

he doesnt say anything "im keeping you safe arent I?"

"you know what right now I dont know what I would rather have, I can go to Ben and get this shit over with"

i look away , if I dont look or walk away i would punch or slap him and stuff will be worst and MJ is in the other room

"thats right" he says

"as soon as you're sober youre out" I walk back to MJs room and lock it

when is this going to end? when am i going to be happy for crying out loud!

first thing first, i need to make a doctors appointment to check myself because im fucking disgusted just thinking of Luke having sex with someone else and coming back to me and having unprotected sex

his mouth was on thousands of girls body and on my lips

I feel sick

im about to pass out

I sit against the wall and cry, I cry everything out

and none of it is because of Michael, Luke... my perfectly guy Luke keeps fucking up and I dont know how much more I can keep going through
