I walked into the club where the party was at. High school parties are nothing compared to this. I was standing by the bar people taking shots doing some sort of competition on who takes the most in a small amount of time. Let's just say the guy with brown hair is acting like its water to him. Before I noticed how much time I spend staring at him he was walking towards me.
"Can I help you?" I ask
"No you're the one staring at me , what can I do for you?" He asks
"Nothing I was just looking at you guys play, I've never seen a shots game like that before"
He smirks " it's easy , want to play?"
"Oh no I'm okay I'm driving tonight " I smile
"Aren't we all?" he laughs "come on" he nods to the bar
His laugh is so beautiful
"I'm okay really, but my friend is waiting for me so I have to go" I smile and make my way to the other side of the club .
I couldn't find any familiar faces so I sat at a empty booth and texted Anna
"Where are you?"
After a few minutes of waiting for a response I sighed as I got up this tall skinny black haired girl sat down and offered me a drink
I kindly denied god knows what she will put in there
"I'm Kylie what's your name?"
"Jackie"
"Jackie" she repeats "pretty name"
"Thank you" I say
"What are you doing here alone? It's not such a great idea you know " a waitress passed by with a tray of shots and she grabs two and chugs them
"I was looking for my friend but I couldn't find her "
"That sucks " she stands up and pulls me up with her "come on sit with me and my friends "
"No really I'm okay"
She nods to her left hinting to look that way, I notice three guys staring at us they look really drunk and scary
"On second though" I say
She pulls me to this private area at the club filled with people with tattoos , piercings , hairs different colors, everything you can imagine it's here
"Drink up everything is on us " she winks and walks away
I look around trying to find someone I know and I noticed Luke at the corner with a few girls , I don't like him but he's the only person I know and everyone else is drunk out of their mind
I make my way towards him and he's laughing with some girls
"Luke? Hi"
He looks at me then back at the girls who are eating me with their eyes and then stares at me
"A hi would be nice too.." I say
"Uhm hey" he says and goes back to talking to the girls .. Okay then
"Are you serious?" I say a little too loud
He gives me a death glare and the girls walk away laughing
"What are you doing here?" He asks
"I came... I don't need to tell you why"
Before he could say something these two guys walk to us
"Luke! New toy?" The guy puts his arm around me
"Nah just met her she was asking what way the exit was "
What a douche
I stare at him and the other guy
Wait that's the shots guy
"Hey I know you " he says to me
"What?" Luke says
"Yeah we were drinking together "
"Not really" I say
"I'm Ashton by the way " he grabs my hand and shakes it
"Jackie " I say with a smile
"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl"
I blush and look away
I can still feel Luke's eyes on me and it's really annoying me
"Well I'm leaving nice meeting you guys"
"Wait" Ashton says "can you give me a ride I don't live far from here "
"Uhm"
"I'll give you a ride" Luke says
"No you're drinking " Ashton says
"So are you" he response
"Which is why I'm asking for a ride you dumb ass"
"Call a taxi"
"Man shut up she didn't drink she's leaving now what's the problem?"
I roll my eyes "let's go" I say
We made our way to the car and drove off it was already passed 3 in the morning
"Do you know Luke?" Ashton's asks me
"Ehm "
He laughs " it's okay you don't have to tell me "
I stay quite
"So tell me about yourself " he says
"I'm not that interesting "
"Try me " he says
"Well I have a boyfriend today is our anniversary well yesterday and I'm graduating next week and ..." The conversation kept going for a long time we stopped outside his apartment talking for a good hour
When we finally finished he thanked me for the ride and gave me a big hug
Before I had the chance to drive off my car door opened and slammed shut
"What the fuck was that!?"
