I tried to pull out of the kiss but he didn't let me instead he took me to the bed and laid me there. I placed my hand on his chest to stop him, pushing him a little. He groaned slowly pulling out of the kiss. He stared into my eyes.

"They are outside waiting for us," I whispered.

Amol placed his head on the side of my neck. I felt his hot breath on my skin.

"I need to talk to you," I said and he slowly looked at me.

"You won't ask where I was all this time and with whom?"

He shook his head and before I could ask him why,

"You were with Zar," he said placing soft kisses on my neck. Soft moans left my mouth.

"You..."

"I know," he whispered.

"Oh,"

"He was here a few days ago to talk to me,"

I waited for him to tell me more but he started to kiss me around my jaw.

"Amol, you know that I have to turn into a human?" I asked and he stopped.

Amol sighed looking at me. His eyes held different emotions and then he smiled which melted me. He fell on the space beside me.

"I know," he whispered.

Amol's voice said it all that he didn't like it. I didn't say anything. He placed his fingers below my chin and made me look at him.

"If you don't want to change back into a human, you don't have to. I am here to protect you. We can run away somewhere they will never find us," he whispered.

I shook my head. We couldn't run away and live our lives hiding for eternity. I didn't want that kind of life.

"I want this, Amol. We can end this and live peacefully,"

He slowly kissed me. Even though I hated to stop him, I did. He groaned.

"After we are done with this, you not going to leave bed for a month," he said which made me turn red.

He slowly placed a quick peck on my lips and got out of the bed.

"And Zar said my blood must have made you stronger,"

I couldn't stop asking more questions. I sat on the bed. Amol slowly looked at me. I could see the guilt in his eyes.

He nodded.

"That day, when you left, I wanted to give you the surprise that I had been hiding for months. Every week I felt stronger. I wanted to take you out for dinner and give you the surprise,"

I slowly got out of bed. I went near him and touched his face.

"And Rima....is it the truth that..." I questioned.

He nodded looking down.

"I am so sorry,"

"Rima is hiding from everyone right now. She too came that day after you left and told me everything,"

"I didn't know my blood was a curse,"

"Nobody knew and she didn't seem sad,"

I suddenly remembered the blood Amol had given me the day I was turned.

"And why did you lie to me about blood?" I asked.

He seemed confused.

"The day I was turned. You said it was my artificial blood. If I had drank that I wouldn't have turned into a vampire. I would still be a human,"
