The Half to my Whole

Special Chapter 2

He nods cutely and faces the MC with a big smile, "Hi, I'm Lucas!"

The MC giggled and silently asked me for permission with her eyes and I nod and I whispered on to my son's ear, "Go on baby." 

Lucas slowly hops off my lap and walks towards the MC and gave her a big hug which the girl reciprocated. When she pulls back, Lucas immediately came back towards us and I pull him into my lap.

 "Aww he's so cute. He's gonna be a charmer when he grows up, not that he already isn't." The MC said, her eyes never taking it off from our son.

We both chuckle, "Yeah well, he's not allowed to have a girlfriend until he turns 21 and it's not like his mom will permit it." Leo comments teasingly and I playfully shove his side making him laugh lightly.

I look down at my son who was fiddling with my fingers, entertaining himself, "Lucas baby who're the only girls you'll love?" I asked, pouting as he raised his head, locking his eyes on me.

He grins, "You Mommy, my grandmas, aunties and my future baby sister." I smirked at his answer,  "Good bo—"

"And my future wife." Lucas finishes off his answer and went back to play with my fingers whilst I was shell shocked, my eyes as wide as saucers.

My husband, the MC and the rest of the staff laughs heartily and that's when I snap back into reality.

When the laughter dies down the MC gave his attention to Leo, silently signalling him to introduce himself.

"Hey I'm Leo and I'm Jennie's husband and little Lucas' dad." He grins proudly, draping his arm arm around my shoulder.

I mentally roll my eyes at his possessiveness, well I'm no better anyway.

"You could pass for a model, what do you do Leo? Aside from being the proud dad and husband?" 

He chuckles, "Funny enough, I was a model before but right now I'm working as a pilot."

"Oh nice, can you guys tell us on how you met?"

Leo looks at me and nods. I look at the MC who was waiting for our answer patiently and excitedly.

"We didn't really met in the most desirable way possible, we started off not in good terms at first and when I think about it now, the way we met was very funny and amusing. He's the brother of my fellow member at that time, we got paired up in a modelling work and it started then. I wasn't really planning to get in a relationship and neither is he but as time goes by, the attraction we felt for each other couldn't be stopped anymore so we just follow what our heart wanted." 

"It wasn't really easy since their environment was so strict and they don't have that much freedom. Her agency didn't allow us to date, the condition they gave to us was to appear on a reality show and it had to gain big ratings or else we have to break up, which was consummated. We were short of 0.01%, that small of a number caused us to forcibly break up. We promised each other that we'll wait for each other though, it's a small price to pay for a road to forever. The night of the breakup, my manger took me to the airport after and I absolutely had no idea that my parents, sister and him planned this. They took my phone or any sorts of communication devices and they sent me to Switzerland to finish my schooling. I understood that they wanted me to focus on my studies first and I reluctantly agree on not contacting Jennie until I prove myself and become a pilot." Leo added and I smiled reassuringly at him.

When he told me that before, I couldn't be angry at them for doing so. It made our love both stronger because of the test. Our souls are intertwined, like we're tied by a red string of fate.
