31/12/19, Sunday, 2.30 p.m.

The doorbell rang.

Minhee opened the door, showing Joe smiling brightly at her. She gave a confused look.

"What're you doing here?"

"Just want to have some hot chocolate with you."

Minhee shakes her head and let him in.

"Woah, nice apartment."

Oops, she's totally forgot it's his first time here. Well, nothing could go wrong, right?

Minhee reply with a hum and went to the kitchen to make some hot chocolate and marshmallows. Joe sat on the couch next to Totoro. As himself, he greeted the plushie.

Then, something odd. Joe near the plushie to look at his eyes. He found a camera. At first, he's suspicious about why would a camera inside a plush. But maybe it's just a CCTV camera. Right?

His wild thoughts were stoped by Minhee.

She placed the mug on the coffee table.

"Here, hot chocolate and some marshmallows."

"Thanks."

Joe took the mug and have a drink.

"Oh by the way, Minhee-

"Yeah?"

"Is that a camera?"

Joe pointed to the side, where the Totoro sat. Minhee glanced at it before nodding.

"It's for any housebreak or stealing."

Minhee tried to look as normal as possible. She can't tell him about Mr. Totoro.

But without her knowing, Joe knows it's not the truth. He let it be since he didn't want to be suspicious in front of her.
