EP 2 (Our Last)

22 January 2013, Tuesday, 9.00 a.m.

"Mama, look!"

The little girl called out her mom excitedly. The said mother looked down at her daughter and crouched down to her level. What she didn't expect was a clicking sound. Then, the little girl let out a giggle that evoked a smile from the mother.

"You look very beautiful, mama." The girl complimented the older as she looked at the polaroid. The mother extended her arm and picked her daughter up, saying, "Thank you, you look beautiful as well."

"Just like you?" The little one asked curiously as her little arms wrapped around her mother. "Of course, baby." The mother confirmed for the girl.

The mother turned around to look for a restaurant when she noticed a familiar figure from afar. She quickly realised who it is and sent the person a warm smile. She looked at her baby and asked, "Do you want cotton candy, baby?"

The question brought the girl's excited squeal and answered with a yes. With that, the mother walked to a nearby cotton candy stall. All while she reminded herself in her head.
