"Ready?" I look around as my team prepares for tonight's event.
"Yes, Queen." I saw hint of smiles in their faces. Probably excited for what will happen later.
"How about the weapons, Ryker?" I hid the gun in the strap around my thigh, making sure it won't be exposed because of the slit of my gown. "Is it enough to kill Polendez?" I asked vindictively. He's bastard who killed my parents.
"When did I fail when it comes to choosing our weapons, Keres?" He said with full assurance. Confidence was evident on his face. "Feeling ko talaga wala kang tiwala sakin, ouch." Umarte pang nasasaktan habang nakalagay ang kamao sa dibdib niya.
"Make sure na mapa-pakinabangan yan. Dahil kung hindi ay ikaw mismo ang pagpe-pyestahan ng mga armas mamaya, Ryker. Maniwala ka." Sambit kong may pagbabanta.
I'm wearing a sleeveless spaghetti strap maxi dress. The slit shows my long legs that I partnered with black heels.
Ipinatawag ng nakatataas ang lahat ng myembro ng organisasyon. EL GOBERNANTE DE TODOS, 'The ruler of All'. Sila ang namumuno sa organisasyong kinabibilangan namin.
"Stay alert." I reminded everyone through the earpiece. I brought around fifty of my people inside the venue. Nagkalat sa labas ang iba pa. Nakahanda sa posibleng sagupaan.
KING at QUEEN ang namumuno sa kada grupo. Mag-isa kong pinamumunuan ang grupo ko dahil hindi basta-basta ang pagpili ng pwedeng maging hari at reyna. Hangga't hindi naikakasal ay mananatiling mag-isang namumuno ang lider.
"The little lamb is finally here." I heard Vincent, one of my snipers. I quickly drink my champagne habang pasimpleng iginala ang tingin.
Nakita ko ang grupo ng SIN PIEDAD. Ang grupo na pumatay sa magulang ko. Ang kasalukuyang nasa ikatlong ranggo sa lahat ng grupo.
"How reckless they are to bring their little devil in here." I smiled devilishly.
Hindi nila alam kung kailan ako kikilos. Nanatili akong tahimik sa mahabang panahon at ngayon ko sisimulan ang matagal ko ng pinagpaplanuhan.
"Queen Keres, you look dashing as always." Vaugh appeared with his natural flirtatious behavior.
Vaugh is the king of Royal Warriors. GUERREROS REALES ang tawag sa kanila dahil lahat ng grupo ay required na nasa salitang spanish ang pangalan kapag nasa Royal palace.
Huminto ako sa paglalakad para bigyan siya ng pansin. Ayaw kong may mamagitang gulo sa mga wala namang atraso sakin. "I hope the ranking won't dissapoint you this time. Well, knowing you..." He chuckled. However, his petty words doesn't affect me at all.
I don't really care what he thinks. These narrow-minded people are always ready to kill each other just for those stupid rankings. For now, he's harmless. That's what's important.
The thing is that I don't care about the rankings. I'll watch them stake their lives for competing with each other as I walk gracefully to the top, claiming the highest position.
"You know how badly I want to rule the organization." Marahan kong sambit ngunit may diin at pinalidad. Tinapunan ko ng tingin si Polendez sa kabilang direksyon.
That bastard is surely living his life. Enjoying his glass of champagne, smile plastered on his face. To see him happy after the innumerable sins he has committed could not restrain my evil thoughts of taking his life right at this moment.
"I wish you luck then." He playfully winked at me.
Our plan is to get Rionach, the heir of Sin Piedad. She's a 16 years old girl, so we're expecting this to be easy.
Maraming naghahangad sa trono. Katulad nga ng sinabinko, kahit magpatayan ay wala silang pakielam. Kasalukuyan kaming kasama sa pinakamatataas.
There are total of 10 groups na bumubuo ng organisyasyon ngunit lima ang nanatiling matunog.
The Ruler of All (El Gobernante De Todos) grupong pinamumunuan ni Damen, in short ng Royalties.
Royal Warriors (Guerreros Reales) na siyang pinamumunuan ni Vaugh.
No mercy (Sin Piedad) grupo ni Polendez na sisiguraduhin kong mabubura din sa nalalapit na panahon.
Fear (El Miedo) ang grupong pinamumunuan ni Xanth.
The Death (La Muerte) sa kasamaang palad ay kami ang ika-lima then so on..
Bukod sa 10 grupo, ang ibang miyembro na hindi pa kalakasan ay nanatiling mga tauhan lamang bukod pa sa mga kawal.
"Be ready. Vincent's group, prepare to shoot."
"Got it." They answered but before I even start to count, the lights went off. Gunshots fired. Curses from the earpiece can be heard.
"Vincent wtf?!" I stiffened. I couldn't moved. The darkness is killing me. This is not what we planned.
"We didn't fire Queen!" He said.
"Then who did?!" Asik ko habang unti-unting nanghihina dahil sa dilim.
Fuck
"I did." I almost yelped when a hand covered my mouth. I tried to fight pero masyado siyang malakas. Dragging me outside the place and made me sit inside his car.
"What the hell, Xanth?!" He started driving without giving me a glance. "Sinisira mo ang plano ko! Napaka-pakielamero mo!"
"Fear."
"What?" Fear? EL MIEDO? Aanhin ko ang pangalan ng grupo nila?
"I saw fear in your eyes even before the lights went out." My expression turned soft. Napansin niya? "You're planning to kill someone but fear will kill you first."
Hindi ko maiwasang mainis. Hindi sa kaniya kun'di sa sarili ko dahil tama siya. Natatakot akong harapin si Polendez. "Kaya nangielam ka?! Edi sana hinayaan mo kaming mapahamak doon tutal naman ay labas ka na rito!" May pinasukan kaming malaking gate. Sa labas palang ay halata ng mahigpit ang seguridad.
"Kaya hahayaan mong pumalya ka sa unang pagkakataon?" He asked with a blank stare.
"Wala akong magagawa!" I shouted. Kahit ako ay inis na inis sa mga kahinaan ko.
"Meron."
"Ano?" Huminto siya sa pagpasok sa isang mala-mansion na lugar at lumingon sa'kin.
"Simple lang. Make yourself hard to kill." He look straight into my eyes. "And I'll help you to become stronger."
