Bokuto watches as the younger types out something. Every once in a while, he'll type something before frowning and then backspacing on what he previously wrote.

As he stares at the other, Bokuto can't help but have his mind plauged with Oikawa's words. When he looks at the other, all he can wonder is if Akaashi is lying about something. He tries to brush it off. He doubts Akaashi would hide anything from him, and if he was hiding something then there's probably a good reason for it.

But his irrational thoughts take over instead, and he just ends up screaming inside his head.

"Bokuto!"

Bokuto blinks for a few seconds before snapping back into reality (he finds himself doing that often nowadays). Kohona satres at him expectantly.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention. What were you talking about?"

Komi and Sarukui snicker off to the side.

"See Kohona, your idea is so ridiculus that even Bokuto wasn't paying attention," Saru laughs.

"Bokuto doesn't listen in general," Kohona rolls his eyes. "As I was saying, I was thinking about something. What really are colors?"

"Wavelengths?"

"No! Think deeper!"

"...Visually percieved wavelengths?"

Kohona lets out a huff. "What I'm saying is, the idea of color is weird! Think about it, what if your purple isn't the same as my purple? Like what if your purple is really my yellow, but because there is a name for it, we both just assume we're seeing the same color?"

Bokuto stares at the other blankly.

"Like who stared at a lemon and thought, yes let's call this color yellow? OH MY GOD,  WHO CAME UP WITH THE WORD COLOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!?"

"Kohona, you're not making any sense," he rubs his temples.

"See Kohona? Your philosphical spiels are weird," Komi points out.

Kohona ignores him. "Akaashi, what do you think?"

"I think you should leave me out of this and let me do my work before I lose my train of thought," he answers not taking his eyes off his computer screen.

"C'mon Akaashi, at least weigh in a little bit."

Akaashi stops typing. "You can't experience color from someone else's perception. From an individual standpoint, we all learned to call colors the same, even if we have different experiences with color. The question is basically unanswerable, now leave me alone please," the younger speaks before going back to typing.

"But-"

"Oh my god Kohona, let it be," Saru whines.

"It's not my fault my brain thinks in deeper ways than yours!"

"I think your brain needs a check-up," Komi snorts.

"Okay fine, a different question." Kohona thinks for a moment. "Ah I got one! Why does time only move forward? Why not backwards, or even sideways?"

"Kohona, these are stupid," Komi sighs.

"They're important questions! Don't you think it would be cool if we could go back in past?"

"But what would we do when we were there? Change it? And would we still remember our present selves, or would it just be like reliving past memories?" Bokuto questions.

"Geez, I didn't get that far okay? Probably just reliving it?"

Akaashi comes over and plops down in one of the office chairs that the three had made a circle out of.
