Meeting Henry Allen

Barry had gotten a message saying that his Dad was coming to Central City for a visit. Henry doesn't know about Kara and Barry wanted to suprise him.

"Morning Kara" Barry said seeing her walking into the kitchen 

"Moning Dad." She said sitting on one of the bar stools 

"Here you go" Barry said handing her a plate of blueberry pancakes 

"Thank you" She said yawning 

"Are you okay?" Barry asked sitting next to her 

"Yeah, I just had another nightmare last night....." Kara admitted playing with her fingers with shakey hands.

He turned the stove off and sat next next to her and pulled her into a side hug.

"Why did you tell me." Barry said stroking her hair 

"I'm sorry I just didn't want to wake you up, please don't be mad" She said crying into his chest 

"I'm not mad, I just want to tell if your having a nightmare." Barry asked Kara and she wiped her tears and nodded 

They finished there breakfast and Kara was staying at Joe's house with Iris, while Barry's goes to the precinct. Once he sped them to Joe's house she hopped of his back 

"Have fun Kara and Iris...stop pampering her."

"I can't help it! She's so cute."

"I will, bye dad be safe." She said walking into the house and seeing Barry speed off too CCPD

Barry was up in his lab working when he heard a knock at the door and saw his Dad standing there.

"Hey Slugger." Henry said dropping one of his bags 

"Hey Dad." He said walking over to him hugging his father 

They were talking in his lab and catching up when Joe walked in, "How was the ride Henry?" Joe asked.

"Like hell." Henry chuckled as he went over and hugged his friend.

"Joe here is the evidence from the shooting" Barry said handing Joe a bag.

 "Do you and Henry wanna come get lunch with me and Cecile?" Joe asked

"Thanks, but I need to introduce my Dad to someone." Barry said smiling, "Just make sure Captain doens't come in here while I'm gone."

"Barr, your shift ended half an hour ago."

"Really?"

"Man you really need a clock in here or something...go home." Joe said, "I'll see you later."

"You got that hard working attitude from your mom and I can see it." Henry commented, "Anway who is this mysterious person I'm meeting?" He asked.

"Is it a girlfriend?" He asked his son.

"What no, no, no, no." Barry said 

"Oh dare I say is it a boyfriend" Henry asked smiling 

"What no." Barry said laughing 

"The who is it" Henry asked curiously 

"Come on I'll show you." Barry said 

He sped them both too Joe's house and he unlocked the front door with his key as he walked in he saw Iris and Kara making cookies
