Dean-
Most of the time he'll just ignore everyone, but if it's you that's talking to him, he'll at least grunt or give short answers. If you slap him and tell him to knock it off, he most likely will.
Sam-
He'll brood the whole day and go to bed late. You'll wait for him and when he gets in bed, he'll try to cuddle you. You'll refuse to do it until he agrees to tell you what's wrong.
Cas-
He doesn't understand it completely, but he'll just disappear which makes you upset. You'll bake him cookies though, for when he gets back.
Gabriel-
You'll make him cake and sweets, call Sam or Cas or Dean and see if they know what's wrong with him. If nothing works, you go flirt with him to cheer him.
