"Boring mo naman, sis. Shot na." natatawang sambit ni Patrice.

Nasa bar na kami ngayon ni Danica, she even invited some of our friends at si Shine lang ang available, she said she's coming na. I was about to answer her but my phone rang. At first, akala ko si Ares but I was wrong, it was just Kian.

"Hey, I'm sorry hindi ko agad nasagot ang tawag mo kanina. I'm quite busy on our company, are you okay? You left 3 missed calls."

"I'm okay." I answered him.

"Medyo maingay ah? Nasa bar ka? Sinong kasama mo?"

"I'm with my friend--s" I immediately added the s to tell him na madami akong kasama.

"Okay, just call me up if magpapasundo ka. Enjoy and drink moderately, okay?"

"Yes, dad." I teased and hanged up the call.

"Sino 'yon?" tanong agad ni Patrice. She probably staring at me while Kian's calling on my phone.

"Kian." I replied shortly.

"Si manliligaw number one." she laughed and handed me a shot glass. "Hayaan mo na si Ares, gago 'yon. Inom ka na lang."

Her words made me realize that I need to loosen up a bit since, stress na ako kanina sa work at dumagdag pa si Ares at Ella.

I can't believe that he fooled me twice!

Hindi ko na alam kung nakakailang baso na ako ng beer but Patrice keeps on refilling my glass kapag naubos ko na. I feel dizzy but I can still talk normally naman.

"Alam mo, Nyx." Patrice laughed, I bet she's probably tipsy na din. "Kung mahal ka ni Ares, tatawag 'yon ngayon."

"Wow, you and your logics." I scoffed.

Just after I said those words, my phone rang. My eyes widened a bit and Patrice laughed at my reaction. I haven't seen the caller's I.D yet but it made me feel nervous. Patrice was telling me to hand my phone to her but I ignored her and check to see the caller.

and Patrice was right.

I immediately ended the call and heard Patrice's crazy laugh. I shrugged and looked away, as I scan the whole bar, I saw Shine walking towards us.

"Hey, girls." she greeted and kissed our cheeks. She took a seat beside me, grab a shot glass and drank straight. "I'm stressed."

"Broken na naman 'tong kaibigan natin." Patrice told Shine. Napalingon naman agad si Shine sa akin.
