Today is Friday. Our teachers decided na gawing free day, ngayon which is very advantage for us dahil magpa-practice kami para sa dance competition. We already finished the steps with formations pati na din ang music na gagamitin.

Nasa dance room kaming lahat for the last and final practice. Hindi na kasi kami magme-meet on weekends dahil family time at isa pa we need to gain the energy that we wasted this week para maganda ang performance next week.

Ares, on the other hand, was busy practicing too. The pressure is too much to handle lalo na't they need to maintain their undefeated title. Magkasabay naman kami ni Ares umuwi kahapon and I saw how tired he was, hindi na nga kami naguusap tuwing gabi dahil natutulog agad siya.

After our practice nagpaalam agad ako sa tropa ko. As usual, Ella was just being quiet and holding her phone while typing something.

"Ella." I called her, she raised her head and looked at me.

"Aalis na ako." paalam ko sa kanya. She just nooded at me and focused again on her phone, she's very distant na talaga and she won't even tell kung ano ba talaga ang problema. I just sighed and went straight kung saan sina Rhea.

"Ganon pa din siya." I whispered and looked at Ella, still she was busy on her phone.

"I tried to talk to her kahapon, sabi niya okay naman daw ang lahat." Rhea replied.

"Hindi ako sanay na ganito si Ella. She's my closest friend talaga and feeling ko sobrang layo na niya." I confessed.

"Maaayos din ang lahat, Nyx." Rhea assured and tapped my shoulders, lightly. After that conversation, I decided na pumunta ulit sa gym to watch Ares. He promised naman kasi na we'll go to the mall to spend our time dahil bukas weekend naman.

Good thing is that nang pumasok ako ay tapos na ang kanilang practice but I still went to the bleachers near them. Nakita ko agad si Ares with her team mates at parang nagi-instruct si Ares sa kanila, he looks so serious and utterly handsome when he speaks in front of them.

Our gazes met at naramdaman ko agad ang pagbilis ng tibok ng puso ko. That was a one swift move but grabe ang impact nito sa'kin, he can make my knees tremble with excitement.

After their meeting lumapit na ulit sina Ares sa kanilang bench. Wayne greeted me and I just smiled at him.

"Hi, Nyx." Vargas greeted, I actually don't know what his first name is but I'll use Vargas for a while.

"Hi, Vargas." I greeted back and he laughed at my remark.

"Call me, Harold. Vargas is too formal, para kang si Ares." he joked and speaking of Ares, bigla niya na lang binatokan si Harold. I laughed because of their playfulness but Ares gave me a 'why-are-you-laughing-look', so I quickly composed myself and smiled.

"Kayo na ba ni captain?" tanong ni Harold.
