Malalim na ang gabi at gising pa din ang buong diwa ko. I don't even have the mood to open and check my social media accounts. I heard my phone rang which means may tumatawag but I decided to ignore it and stared at my ceiling.

I closed my eyes and Ella's hand with a ring flashed into my mind. The ring was perfectly suited for her at halatang binili talaga 'yon para sa kanya.

Ang kapal talaga ng mukha ni Ares, ako pa ang sinama niya para bumili 'yon.

He even asked me if I like it, sana ay sinabi kong hindi kahit na maganda naman talaga. I don't want to think na nagseselos ako dahil in the first place, I should be angry at the both of them because they hurted me and caused my heart to broke for more than a year.

Akala ko talaga nagbago na siya e but it turns out na hindi pa nga ako nagbubukas ng puso sa taong mahal ko ay naloko na agad ako. Ares would say na break na sila but what about the ring? A promise ring, huh?

I keep on thinking about him and how much I hate him but my feelings for him would always stay at the top and I hate myself for being marupok. I quickly pulled my blanket up above my head because of frustration and forced myself to sleep.

The next day, nagdadalawang isip pa ako if papasok ako sa company niya o hindi since, I don't have the mood to face him today at baka makita ko na naman silang dalawa ni Ella na naglalandian sa harap ko.

I want to bump their head towards each other.

In the end, I still decided to take a quick shower and picked my favorite white sleeveless top and then my paired it with my black blazer then, a black pencil skirt and my favorite white pumps to complete my look.

I applied a minimal make up since, magta-trabaho lang naman ako at hindi naman siguro masyadong madami ang gagawin ko ngayon dahil nga first day ko pa lang.

I was about to put my phone inside my bag when it vibrated. When I opened it, bumungad agad sa akin ang 18 missed calls na galing kay Ares, I bet siya 'yong tumatawag sa'kin simula kagabi. Kian also left 2 missed calls.

I opened the new message and to my surprise galing 'yon kay Ares.

I'm at my office now.

Nyx:

Pake ko?

It isn't rude naman diba?

I decided to turn my phone off and nilagay na sa bag. I went downstairs and saw my mom and dad talking to each other on the sofa kaya hinayaan ko na lamang at dumiretso sa dining room para kumain ng breakfast.

After I finished eating, nagpaalam na ako kay mama at papa. My mom even asked kung bakit ngayon lang ako umalis, it's 9:30 in the morning at alam ko naman na hindi ito ang tamang oras para pumasok sa trabaho and the fact na first day ko pa ngayon.
