"Anak, may bisita ka sa baba." It was my mom at sino pa ang may ganang bumisita sa akin? It's 8 o'clock in the evening!

I was about to open my door when I saw my mom, smirking at me na para bang kinikilig ito na ewan. I just really hope she's okay.

"Anyare sa'yo, mama?" I asked, laughing but her expression didn't change she was still smirking at me.

"Is he courting you?" Mom asked but then Ares' face entered my mind.

Hindi naman siya nanliligaw e. He's a fling.

"Nope. Wala po akong manliligaw." I smiled, confidently. I was about to add na landian lang meron ako but I stopped myself. Nauna na akong bumaba kay mama and habang pababa ako sa stairs, I saw him.

"Ares, why are you here?" I asked at lumapit agad sa kanya. He was sitting at our sofa at kausap si papa but they stopped talking when they saw me approaching and the fact that papa also smirked at me gave me an idea na pareho silang mag-isip ni mama.

Ares isn't courting me, he's my fling. Should I just say these things to them?

"Here's my princess. May paguusapan daw kayo ni Ares, anak. Don't worry nakapagpaalam na siya sa akin." Papa told me and tapped my shoulder.

Nakapagpaalam? Will he court me na ba?

"I'll just go upstairs, sabihin niyo lang kung may kailangan kayong dalawa." paalam ni papa but his smirk wouldn't leave my sight. I just sighed and looked at Ares.

"What do you want?" I asked him. I am not rude okay? He just disturbed me from my sleep and I won't forgive him for that.

"Will you be my date?" he asked me. I raised my eyebrow at him. "We'll be having a formal party at our house this coming Saturday evening and my mom told me that I need to have a date or something."

"Arte naman." I mumbled. Ares laughed at what I said so I glared at him.

"It's okay if you don't want to." he said.

Ako pa ba? Magba-back out?

"Okay naman. Bakit ba kailangan ng date date na 'yan?"

"To be more formal daw. They will be inviting a lot of investors and their partners in the business." he answered, halatang na stress din si Ares. Mabuti na lang at sakto lang ang pamilya ko, we can afford to buy expensive things but we aren't that rich.

While, Ares' family is very famous and rich when it comes to the business world dahil nga game developer ang kompanya nila, they would receive a big amount every second because laging patok ang mga laro na nila-launch nila.
