Monday, a start of another long week but fresh na fresh pa ang pagod at sigawan sa utak ko last week. Madami ang nangyari but, I always told myself to stay positive dahil wala naman akong makukuha kapag nag-isip ako ng bagay na impossibleng mangyari.

Anyway, kami ang nanalo sa dance competition. It was declared last Friday afternoon, syempre we won another trophy. May cash price naman but we decided na i-gastos na lang 'yon para sa improvement ng dance room namin.

It lunch time and halos lahat ng kaklase ko ay lumabas na. Even my tropa went out first dahil gutom na daw sila habang naiwan ako dito kasama si Ares, who is usually busy on his phone again.

"Sasama ka samin sa lunch o you'll eat with your teammates?" tanong ko kay Ares habang palabas kami ng classroom and unfortunately, he didn't heard what I just asked him.

I sighed. "Sana naging cellphone na lang ako."

Ares faced turned to me, he quickly hid his phone in his pocket and smiled. I just rolled my eyes at him at hindi na umimik hanggang sa nakarating kami sa cafeteria.

"I'll be eating with my team mates." paalam ni Ares. "See you, later."

I only nooded at him and head directly at my tropa's table. They all looked at me and smiled and to my surprise kahit si Ella ay ngumiti din sa akin.

It wasn't a fake one.

"Hi, Nyx." bati ni Rhea as I sat beside her. "Nasaan si babyloves mo?"

"He's with his team mates, doon daw siya sasabay kumain." I answered plainly.

Danica and Shine ordered our foods kaya naiwan kaming apat sa round table. Ella caught my attention because she was holding and typing at her phone the whole time and it was bothering me because I was thinking a possibility na si Ares 'yon.

"Nakita ko pala ang draft ng school paper for the next month." ani Patrice. "Kinilig agad ako kahit cover pa lang ang nakita ko."

"Weird. Bakit naman?" natatawang tanong ko.

"Ay, hindi ka informed?" Patrice mocked me at umiling lang ako.

Is it my job to know kung ano ang cover sa school paper?

"Too bad. Makikita mo din naman 'yon next month." Patrice wiggled her eyebrows at me, I just looked at her and stuck my tongue out.

After a few minutes of talking, dumating na sina Danica at Shine, each of them were holding a tray with our foods on the top. We thanked them before eating our food.

"Ella, itago mo muna 'yan. It's too distracting." reklamo ni Rhea kay Ella na kanina pa nagce-cellphone. "Kanina pa 'yan e, di ka na makausap nang maayos."
