The next day, Monday na naman. It's time to face everyone. I need to act okay in front of them, in front of my tropa.

Wala pa naman akong plano na ipaalam sa kanila ang nangyari last Saturday. I don't want to ruin our friendship, ayaw kong kakampi sila sa kung sino man ang tingin nila ay tama.

I won't let that happen.

"I'll go ahead na po." I smiled at my mom and dad. Nagulat sila dahil sa sigla ng bati ko sa kanila but they still manage to gave me a smile.

"Hindi na ba masakit ulo mo, anak?" mama asked so, I gave her an approve sign, telling her that I'm okay na.

"It's good to hear that, anak. You seems so lively." natatawang sambit ni papa then, he lightly pinched my left cheek.

"There are a lot of reasons to be happy, papa." I smiled at him which is actually true. In order to move on, I need to be happy and grateful with everything.

I would love myself even more. I would appreciate everyone who brings me up in those days that I am down. I want to change in a positive way and just go with the flow.

I arrived at school early than my usual time. Hindi ako umiiwas but yeah, a part of it is actually true pero I just want to take a step in the process of moving on.

Habang naglalakad ako patungo sa classroom ay nakita ko si Kian, nakasunod lang pala ako sa kanya the whole time. I slightly ran to catch up his pace and when I did, I tapped his shoulders.

Lumingon naman siya sa akin, nagulat ito when he saw my smiling face but then he smiled in return. Napatingin ako sa buong mukha ni Kian, he looks more handsome than usual.

"Nagpagupit ka?" I asked, I was about to touch his hair ngunit hinawakan niya ang aking kamay.

"Don't touch my hair, Nyx. I did this for about 2 hours so, don't even try---what the hell!" he didn't finish his sentence dahil ginulo ko agad ang buhok nito gamit ang kabilang kamay ko. I quickly pulled my arm from his grip at tumakbo papunta sa classroom.

"Nyx, good morning. Anyare?" tanong ni Danica. As usual, early bird na naman siya. She was reading a book silently before I came in.

I made my way beside her at doon muna umupo. Ayaw ko pa kasing ilagay ang bag ko katabi sa upuan ng lalakeng 'yon.

"Hinahabol kasi ako--" my words were cutted off when somebody shouted at the door.

"Gotcha!" It was Kian. I laughed when I saw his almost ruined hair, hindi naman panget ah? Mas bagay nga sa kanya 'yong messy hair e.

"Kian?" tanong naman ni Danica.

"Hi, lead." nakangiting bati ni Kian. "Can I borrow your friend for a second?"
