SO a headcanon that I follow is that the reason why troll girls have breasts with no nipples is because they are like the apendix for humans. Maybe they used to do something a long time ago, but now that the culture has changed (and that pail filling is outlawd omfg still laffing), they had no use but they still have them except nippless :P. So if a female troll is born without breasts, its not shameful.
