Varian walked outside looking through his blueprints.
"Hey, Son!"
Varian looked over his shoulder to see his father. He was building some of the wall.
"Hi Dad!"
"I need to ask you something Varian."
"What's wrong?"
Varian turned to face him, he was slightly confused.
"Do you know, how proud I am of you?"
"Dad-"
"You helped save corona against an ancient being of destruction and evil."
Quirin put his tools down and went to hug his son.
"I'm so proud"
"Thanks Dad but I really need to get going"
"Oh- ok.."
Varian had always wanted those words from his father, but after what he had done as a villian he felt he didn't deserve them. When Quirin was under the influence of the mindtrap varian had to put a stun mechanism into his helmet.
How could he be proud of his own son stunning and-
"Varian!"
Cass was calling to him
"Hi Ca-"
"No! Remember?"
"Yes"
The townspeople saw Cassandra as a disgrace. They threw rocks at her when ever she walked into town or out in the open. It had gotten so bad she had to cover herself with a cloak.
"Come over here"
Varian walked to Cassandra
"What's wrong?"
She pointed to his blueprints
"I wanna see these"
"Ok?"
She went to take them from his hands when she saw them shaking.
"Are you ok Varian?"
"Yea why?"
"Your hands are shaki-"
"Why do you want the blueprints?"
She gave him a concerned look
"Well..the King and Queen want it to be as close as possible to what it was before ... I was raised here and wanted to see what you had came close"
"Oh ok!"
He put the blue prints in her hands.
"Are you sure your ok?"
"Yes"
His head started throbbing
"I'm just..fine.."
