Chapter 39: Coming Home 🦄

"Why they are staying at hotel?", Aarushi asked to Rishi over the phone.

"A lot of friends of Bhabi came from Kolkata and a few relatives more. So they all can't stay in our house na so Bhabi booked rooms of the hotel.", Rishi explained.

"So you guys will come home or...", Aarushi stopped.

"Depends on our condition actually. Bhai already started drinking a lot.", Rishi chuckled.

"You guys are impossible.", Aarushi rolled her eyes.

"Why didn't you come Aaru? It would be so fun.", He complained.

"Rishi, I can't leave Neha here.", Aarushi told.

"I'm missing you.", He uttered.
Aarushi smiled and said, "Finish your party and come home."

"Yap. Bye."

"Bye"

Neha shut downed her laptop and looked at the white ceiling. The time came for what she was waiting this long, was it that time? It was.

She was determined this time, as always. Her heart was aching or it was just smiling? Did it break her? Or she herself breaking her?

Her phone rang.
Upasana.

"Hello?", She picked up the call.

"Are you free? I mean done with your work?", Upasana asked.

"Yah I'm, why?", Neha asked back.

"Can we meet? I need to talk to you.", Upasana told.

"Yah sure. Can you please come 30 minutes later?"

"Sure. Then I'll see you in our house.", Saying that Upasana hang up the call.
Neha singed and she knew it's the time.

She dialed Darshan's number then.
After two rings he picked up the call.
"Hel..."

"Are you missing me?", All of a sudden Darshan asked.

"Why would I?"

"Not done, you hurt me best friend!", He said in a dramatic way.

Neha rolled her eyes and said, "If I start telling na how many times you have had hurt me it'll take the whole night."

"Ouch!"

"Can you just come back home for once? I need to talk to you!", Neha told.

"Good idea. I need to come back home too."

"Are you fine?"

"May be! I'm coming!"

After hanging up the call Neha let out a deep breath, relieved?
Not at all.
It would take long to feel relief now.
Really long.
