I walk to basketball shortly after Dyl leaves with Cleo. She is gorgeous. I couldn't speak when I saw her. I got the weirdest feeling in my stomach. Like I was about to float away. "Dude?" I hear and snaps me out of my thought. "Efron wake up man" Nash says snapping his fingers in front of me. "You daydreaming?" I grab the ball out of his hand and make a lay up. "I can still beat you any day Porter" I laugh shoving Nash. Nash Porter, aka my best friend since grade 3. We sit down at the oval after training for a while. I can't stop thinking about Cleo. What's happening to me? "Zac what's on your mind? You look lost" Nash asks me. "It's is Laura? Dude she's mighty fine" I shake my head. "How is she though, you had sex with her yet?" I just look at him. "Yeah" I say expressionlessly. "Oh man!" Nash says trying to fist pump me. "Dude seriously what's on your mind?", "Cleo." I say accidentally outloud. "Is she on your roster?" Nash asks. "Nah bro, sorry I gotta go" I say trying to leave the awkwardness. I can't get her off my mind.
