ultimate spider-man challenge with fairy tail

during season one, after creation of venom, a comet came over new york, the comet name was Salina, named after the goddess of wishes and prayers.

the comet was named salina, for whenever the comet came, it always had 3 rocks of it fall, and whoever had found it, was granted one wish. the rocks were called "in lacrimis in selina" or the tears of selina

the higher ups tried to evacuate new york, but many people stayed, to be granted their wish

peter stayed, to see if he can get Ben back. but as he was swinging, the news reported that J. Jonah Jameson, had got a tear.

his wish, since there where many children present and did not want to get trialed for murder, was that spiderman lost his powers

the second tear fell and a girl had got it, she was a spiderman supporter and anime girl, and after seeing Jameson's wish, had given him a new chance. 

she wish to give spider-man a new set of powers, powers she was going to ask for herself, powers of her all time favorite anime, fairy tail

the story has peter gaining new powers after losing his. 

the magic the girl was asking for was in a set
