The Half to my Whole

Prologue

He gulped nervously thinking that this is the end of his life, "Leo Manoban Bruschweiler!! You are so dead!!" his mom yelled.

They went to the living room, it was there that Leo went deaf of his mom's lecture. His dad was just holding back his laughter and that earned him a glare from his son. It was already 1:30 AM when his mom finished her lecture. Leo collapsed on his bed and after a matter of seconds he drifted off to sleep. 

 It was almost noon when Leo woke up. He is currently getting himself ready because his manager called him for a meeting. He quickly wore his polo shirt and shorts then slipped on his sneakers. He took his cap that was on his bed then wore it. He went downstairs and saw his mom watching the TV, he quickly gave his mom a kiss on the cheek.

 "Aren't you gonna eat brunch?" his mom frowned. 

He shook his head, "I have a meeting with my manager. I'll just go grab lunch somewhere after." His mom nonchalantly said okay. Leo smiled and went out quickly grabbing his car keys from a table then drove off.

M Agency, Bangkok

12:00 PM

    He is in a small meeting room of his agency's building waiting for his manager. After a few minutes of waiting in that boring room and a few minutes of gaming time on his phone, his manager finally arrived with a happy grin. Leo raised his eyebrow, bewildered why his manager is in a good mood, usually he is going around scolding Leo and frowning. His manager sat across Leo and gave him a folder with files on it. He opened the folder and finds a contract that is from a famous brand in Korea. 

He frowned, "Wait, Korea!?"  Leo exclaimed mentally.

"Korea?" Leo asked his manager.

His manager gave him a rare grin, "You're going to Korea Leo!!!" his manager announced.

 Leo then grinned as well, he is going to see HIS  sister! It's been a couple months since he saw her. He hasn't met the Blackpink members yet because when they came here to shoot Blackpink House  he was in China for a shoot and when they were here for their concert he was in the Philippines for an event for a brand that he endorsed. So he was excited to see her sister again and finally meet Blackpink.

"When are we going?" he asked his manager.

"On Wednesday, we'll be on the airport at 6:00 AM sharp. We will be there for 3 weeks", his       manager answered.

 Leo nodded and was about to leave when his manger grabbed his wrist then looked at him seriously, "Don't do anything stupid while we're there Leo. I know that you're gonna visit your sister while we're in Korea but don't do anything rash. You are the face of this company Leo." He nonchalantly nodded and stood up. He excitedly exit the building and went back home. He loudly barged in his home and saw his mom with their two cats.

 "Mom!" he yelled causing his mom to look at him and smiled. He quickly walked towards his mom and excitedly shared the news, "Mom I'm going to Korea for 3 weeks!"  

 His mom's eyes widen and smiled from ear to ear, "That's great son! You can visit your sister and the other blackpink memebers!" 

He grinned, "Yeah, I can't wait to tell this to her."

 "Then what are you waiting for? Go to your room and tell her the news!" his mom excitedly said and he nodded, quickly running to his room and video called her sister in his laptop.

Seoul, South Korea

2:30 PM

    Lisa was laying on her bed watching K drama, the three other girls went to the convenience store to buy some snacks. So she is basically alone in their dorm. When her phone rang, she quickly looked at the screen then smiled when she saw who was video calling her. She quickly answered it, smiling at the person who emerged from her screen. The same familiar big eyes like hers, chocolate hair, plump lips and small nose. Almost like a boy version of herself but has a much more defined jawline. 

"Hey lil' brother how are you?"  Lisa asked grinning.

Leo replied with the same grin, "I'm good Lili. I have news for you!"

"What is it?"

"I'm going to Korea on Wednesday for a photoshoot. I'll be there for 3 weeks." Leo said       enthusiastically and grinned

"What!? No way!!" Lisa squealed then stood up from her bed and jumped up and down, clearly excited.  

Leo laughed, "Yep, so I'm gonna visit you there." 

"Do you want me to pick you up?" Lisa asked. 

Leo shook his head, "No it's fine Li. I have my manager with me so I'm fine. It won't be good if some paparazzi spots you. I'll go to your dorm after I settled in my hotel." Leo answered earning a nod of approval from her.

Lisa then heard the door open, signaling that the girls came back, she bid farewell to his brother then puts her phone on her desk. She went into the living room and spots the girls, she then squealed who now earned the girls' attention and look at her weirdly.

"What is it Lisa?" Rosé  was the first one to ask.

"My brother is coming to Korea on Wednesday!" she announced.

The three girls' reaction went from looking at Lisa weirdly to enthusiastic.  

"We will finally meet the famous Leo Manoban!" Jisoo clapped excitedly.

"Yeah. Since you don't show any pictures of him so we are so curious." Rosé added. 

"Yep" Lisa answered with the same enthusiasm as the other girls.
