I decided to eat the ice cream even though I didn't feel like it, I realized that something familiar with this ice cream.

Then I remembered, "I think my father supplied our ice cream here", I said still busy with the white vanilla liquid streamed to my fingers.

Jack eyes widened, and he exclaimed almost inaudible because his mouth was full of ice cream "That's why it taste so good!", his face lighten up like how Archimedes found his principle and said 'Eureka!'

"Melkeveien's got the best ice cream in the whole Milky Way Galaxy!", he shouted making people uncomfortable and stared at him like he was somekimd of a sick patient from the asylum.

Melkeveien Creamery is our family's ice cream brand. Melkeveien itself, stands for Milky Way in Norwegian. Since our ancestors were Norwegian and the ice cream was our famous secret family recipe.

So the way Jack shouted made me laughed because probably, he didn't have a clue about what Melkeveien means.

"Calm down, ya lil' psyco", I said quite embarrased about what he just did.
"Els, you need to give me Melkeveien's recipe", he said as he took his last bite.

"No can do, Frosty", I replied giggling at how determined he was. "It's a company secret", I wiggled my eyebrows teasing him earning a scoffed from him.

"At least a life time supply, please!", we started walking to our next cullinary stop. "Nothing's free in this world, Frost head", I simply said.

He laughed at my respond, "Our friendship is free, princess"

"Yeah, right. Friendship.", I tried to talk casually but eventually my voice stiffen.

Jack didn't replied as we approaching our next destination.
He ordered once again three Mickey pretzels, two for him and one for me.

"Let's sit over there", I suggested after he gave me my Mickey pretzel. He already chomped Mickey's ear as we walked toward an empty bench.

We didn't exchange any words, busy eating our own pretzel. It was kinda nice that we knew, we enjoyed each other company even though we didn't talk.

I always pleased.
I always pleased by Jack's company, whether its only for an unnecessary chitchat or just sat on our own window, burried in our own textbooks while enjoying the sunset.

"Are you gonna finish yours?", Jack suddenly said broke our serenity.

I focused my attention to my Mickey pretzel that didn't have any ears now. "You want some?", I said as I realized Jack already finished his.

He nodded and I gave him my left over.

Jack never refused to any food and he always finished it.

Jack finished my pretzel in a blink of eyes and he already stood up from his place ready to go to our next stop.

"Let's go, dork", he offered a hand for me to stand up. I accepted it and straightened my t-shirt.

"I crave for something savoury", he said as we continued our walk to only-he-knows where.

Our next stop wasn't too far from our last stop. And guess what this Jackass chose?

The famous Disneyland's turkey leg.

"This isn't a snack at all", I stated as we walked closer to the seller.
He chuckled, "Well, let's categorized it as dessert"

"Why am I friends with you again?", I replied in sarcastic tone,
"Because I'm handsome?", he said as he shoved his right hand on his back pocket for his wallet.
