I'm laying here in my bed, wondering if it's really mine. Who's to say who's is who's. Sure there's a whole economy in place to decide that but I mean is it really mine if it's not one of my own creations? Well now I guess I'm talking gibberish... The T.V. is on... I'm watching Shameless. I wonder why people watch this show? Is it because people want to see that their lives aren't that crazy? Or maybe it's to see something in someone that they see in themselves. Maybe it's because people in this world are sick enough that they want to watch other people suffer to feel better about themselves... What kind of people watch this?
I watch it to stay sane. Because knowing that people out there could use my help in encouraging. Making a difference is all there is to life. Whether that's making a difference in a culture, a family, a mind, or even a scoreboard.... we all strive to make a difference.
Unfortunately most of us sit here trying to make a difference in ourselves so we can be like others.
Fuck that tho.
