"How long have we been following Fat Dog?" Snowball wondered as he and Max walked down the sidewalk. Lifting his head up from the pavement where he had been tracking his brother's scent, Max answered the rabbit's question, "Almost an hour."

"An hour?! How are we an hour behind?!" Snowball cried out, his ears shooting up straight into the air. He rushed to smooth them back down as he turned to glare at Max and grumbled, "I blame you."

"Excuse me for eating something before we left!" Max retorted. Huffing at Snowball, he returned to sniffing out Duke's scent, which had led the pair quite a ways into downtown Manhattan. Looking up every once in a while, the Jack Russell terrier couldn't exactly tell what part of downtown Manhattan they were currently in.

Just then, Max felt a tug on his collar. Rolling his eyes, he turned to look at Snowball and growled, "What?!" The rabbit's only response was his paw pointing at something in front of them. Following his companion's gaze, Max's jaw dropped as he recognized a familiar landmark.

The Brooklyn Bridge.
