Hopping down from the windowsill onto the fire escape, Gidget took a deep breath before turning her head to her left. Staring at the street below, Tiberius murmured, "Gidget, I swear on my life... I didn't try to eat anyone. I seriously didn't this time."

"Then why was there a stampede of screaming hamsters?" Gidget questioned, sitting down quietly. Tiberius remained silent at that, hanging his head. Sighing heavily, the white Pomeranian spoke firmly, "I know you try hard, I really do. But you have to try harder. Someone's gonna get hurt."

"But I didn't even cause that!" Tiberius protested, turning to face her. Gidget raised her eyebrow in question as she asked, "Really cuz I didn't see any other wild predators in the apartment, let alone on that side of the room." Upon hearing that, the old hawk lowered his head and stared up at her with sad eyes. Frowning, Gidget murmured, "Don't give me the puppy eyes, it's not gonna work."

Moving his gaze down so it wasn't on Gidget, Tiberius mumbled softly, "I'm just gonna go hunting..." Nodding her head quietly, Gidget piped up, "Good idea. I'll let the others know." Without another word, she headed back inside. Whimpering, Tiberius spread his wings open and took off towards Central Park with a heavy heart...
