Riley's POV

Maya flashed off to school early this morning but I waited for Farkle to get to our house. When he did get there I flashed us both to the school.

"That never gets old," Farkle said walking into the school.

"It's not that fun," I said fixing my hair.

"So are you going to the game tonight?" Farkle asked me.

"Yeah," I said.

"Is Maya going?" Farkle asked.

"Who knows," I said.

"So what about the dance?"

I couldn't talk my eyes were to focused on Lucas and Maya. Lucas was leaning against the locker next to hers. Both of them were laughing and smiling.

"Riley," Farkle waved his hand in front of my face, "What are you staring at?"

"That," I pointed my finger in the direction of Maya and Lucas.

"When did that happen?" Farkle said.

Maya shut her locker and Lucas began to walk away. I ran up after Maya.

"What do you think your doing?" I asked her.

"Going to math," Maya said showing me her math book.

"Why were you talking to Lucas?" I asked her.

I wasn't sure if she had seen me watching her and Lucas or not.

"We got picked to work on a project together remember," Maya said.

"I looked like a lot more than that to me," I said.

Maya stopped, "What are you saying?"

"You need to stay away from him," I said.

"We are just friends."

"So your friends."

"No that's not what I mean."

"Then what do you mean?"

"Why can't you just trust me?"

"It's not you that I don't trust"

"I can't believe you," Maya said storming of.
