Head in the Game

I am here with my head in the game

my heart shut down I have no shame

if I seem heartless its not because of you

its because of what I've put it through

I am back, ready to take my place

here with you but at my own pace

sometimes in life we need a slow down

I took mine before I sunk and drowned

-

I took my leave to heal my heart

now I am back for a brand new start

it feels so good to be back home

back to the place where I belong
