"How Many More Nights Do I Have To Stay Awake?"

I woke up in my bed, I had figured Taehyung had probably dropped me off. I smiled at the memories of that previous day.

I got dressed and headed to the kitchen where Jungkook had his head on his palms while sitting on the table. Worry filled my heart. I went up to him, placing my hand on his shoulder, only to be immediately pushed away.

"A-are you okay?"

He slowly approached me, his hair covered half of his eye, which made him look even scarier for me. He grabbed my shoulders, our faces were inches apart, I quickly tilted my head to the side and shut my eyes. "Don't even think about ever seeing Taehyung again do you understand me????"

My eyes widened as tears flowed down my cheeks. "but...I can't..."

His grip on my shoulders tightened, his nails dug in my skin making me twitch. He scoffed. "Are you disobeying me right now?? If you ever see him again I won't hesitate to kill him."

"Jungkook please don't do this I beg yo-"

I felt a harsh feeling on my jaw causing me to yelp and hit my head against the counter. I cried while wrapping myself into a ball. He grabbed my hair, making me look up at him.

"So what will it be?"

"...I won't see him..."

He smirked in victory. He looked so evil at that moment. He was never like that before, he would have never done that before, he changed without any reason. The love he had for me died, no longer did he hang on my words, or surrender himself to my caress. No longer did he cherish my company or speak my name with softness. The stress he felt from the public, the pressure he received from his job and family left room for a rage he could not suppress, leaving no other target but me. At first there was guilt, and attempts to stop, but soon he gave away, realising how much he enjoyed beating his fists against my skin and that killed me inside everyday.
