Jimin's POV

I woke up in a maze.
Black glass walls stood firm around me.
A dirt floor with shards of green glass scattered everywhere.
The sky was like an explosion of black smoke.

I felt weak, as if I had just gotten beaten by something.
Slowly getting up, I called for the first person that came to my mind.
"Mina! Mina where are you?!" My legs dragged forward.
I looked at my reflection in the dark mirrors...a devilish part of myself smiled back, wearing a black suit, with a black hat, black gloves, and of course a raven black silk cloak.

I ran more and more.

"Caught in a lie~"

"Want me
The me who has lost the way
Want me
Like always,

I feel so far away
You always come my way
I repeat again."

This song echoed through the maze, bouncing off the glass and into my ears.

This voice, it was me.

"Stop running- trying to run from the truth Jimin, it always comes back to you.
Because of you, your mother died. If only you hadn't fought with her so much, she wouldn't have been so stressed to make herself work long into the nights, and because of that, she would not have died. You little lucky bastard, living with your aunt's money! Punish yourself for what you've done, go back into the past and give yourself the punishment you deserve!"

The voice, it ringed in my ears.

"Get it out!" I screamed, as the sky above me thundered.

I saw Mina standing at a distance.

"Mina!" I called out, running towards her direction.
Just as I was about to touch her, she held out her hand and stopped me.

"What you've done is wrong Jimin. Not only did you kill your mother, you've ruined my life since day one, and you're going to get me killed too."

She vaporized into my mother.

"You've betrayed me. I can't call you my son anymore. I've tried to take care of you, but you've only fought with me." Her figure slowly started to crumble.

"Mom, no! Mom please, I-I'm sorry..." I sobbed into my hands.

This is all my fault.

Everyone is dying and getting hurt because of me...

I felt something behind me. A tingling sensation lingered up from my back to my head.
Something cool wrapped around my torso and I was immediately jerked back.
The snake observed me.
Though it didn't speak, I could almost hear it's thoughts.
"Time for your punishment."
I was brought back onto the glass ceiling and BANG!
Something in my body cracked.
"Sto-op!" I screamed as I was lifted once more into the air.
BANG!

"You deserve it you bastard."

Mina's POV

I woke up with Jimin beside me.
His face was bruised and his lips were bleeding.
His whole body was trembling.

"Jimin!" I shook him, but he didn't move.

"Jimin, get up!" I shook him once again.

He had stopped trembling and was completely still.

My heart beat increased.

Is he dead?!

I shook him one more time, but it made no utter difference.

My hand went to his chest, where his heart was located.
The beating of his heart was so slow that I could barely feel it.

"Oh no..."

"JIMIN!" I shook him harder.

"DON'T DIE ON ME YOU BASTARD!" I was a sobbing mess by now.

I hugged him tightly and cried onto his shoulder.

Don't die on me.

Jimin's POV

My eyes fluttered open.
I felt weak, like something had beaten me up.

Didn't I have that same feeling before?

Something weighed on my chest, I looked down to see Mina snoozing on my chest with a tear stained face.
"Mina, wake up," I said, as I gently shook her arm.

Her eyes shot open.
"Jimin?" She sniffed.
"I-I thought you were dead you idiot!" She cried.
"I'm not, I'm fine okay?" I said soothingly as she sobbed lightly.

What have I done to her?

Rubbing her back, I kissed her temple, causing her to blush. A smile spread across my lips, but faded as soon as I realized that I've practically ruined her life.

"When we find an escape, and something happens to me, you're not gonna go back to look for me alright? Instead, you're gonna get away and save yourself," I told her.

"What do you mean?" She said in a low voice, now looking me straight in the eyes.

"That means I've brought you into this mess, I deserve the punishment I face," spoke.

"Yeah but-"

"No buts Mina. You will not come to get me if something happens," I said.

She was going to object, but I placed a finger on her lips to stop her from her objection.

She removed my finger.

"And if something happens to me? What'll you do? Will you leave me behind?" She asked.

Mina's POV

"And if something happens to me? What'll you do? Will you leave me behind?" I asked.

"Of course not!" He yelled, almost angry at my question.

"Why not? I was kind of an ass to you during the whole game and before that."

"I just can't, okay?!" He said and turned away.

Jimin's POV

She doesn't understand that it was my whole fault that this happened, not hers...

I should be the one facing punishment, not her!

And, I just can't ever leave Mina behind,

because I love her...
