"You look terrible." Alec says when jace walks in the kitchen.
"It's our new neighbor."
"What about him?"
"Me and him share a bedroom wall."
"So."
"Well, he has a boyfriend and let's just say they are not very quiet."
"Really?" Alec says, taking a drink of his coffee. "I haven't heard anything."
"That's because when you sleep, there could be a train going through the apartment and you wouldn't hear it."
"That's just rude."
"But it's true." Jace says, walking out of the room.

"Not again." Jace growls, pushing clary off him.
"What's wrong?"
"I am sick and tired of our new neighbor and his noise."
"Where are you going?" She asks when he puts on his shirt.
"To tell him he is being disturbing."
Jace walks out of their apartment and over to their neighbors and bangs on the door. He waits impatiently while hearing movement on the other side of the door.
"Can I help you?"
"Is there anyway you can keep the noise down?"
"No, jace." Alec says, walking up behind their neighbor and putting his arms around his waist. "We can't."
"What are you doing here?"
"Magnus is my boyfriend."
"You mean it is you that I've been hearing?"
"Yep." Alec says, kissing magnus's neck.
Jace walks away, muttering how him and alec are going to have to change bedrooms.
