"Alec." The host says when he walks in. "Is he meeting you here?"
"Yeah."
"Your usual table then." He says as alec walks past him.
Alec sits down then notices the envelope laying on his plate. He picks it up and smiles.
My darling Alexander,
Two years ago at this exact table in this exact restaurant, I met the man that I have fallen head over heals in love with (alec smiles at that) but I feel we should rethink the direction our relationship is going.
Alec frowns, turning the letter over looking for more but when he doesn't find anything more, he lays it down then stands up.
"Alexander, darling, where are you going?" Magnus asks, laying his hands on alecs hips.

"Yes, darling."
"Has all this been worth what you paid for our first date?"
"Alexander." He says, lifting alecs chin. "Marrying you is worth so much more then what I paid." He says, leaning down and kissing alec softly.
