Chapter 16- Sleepover!

Erika's POV-
Was it? Could it be Kelly? I didn't wanna jump to conclusions but my mind was all sorts of mad.
Did she like Jake & hate me? Or did she wanna get back at me for leaving Chances party early with Jake? It has to be her. Has to be.
I kept my thoughts to myself until i can confront her. We all go about our days until lunch came around.

Chance: Tessa, babe. Sit by me.
Tessa: Chance, you don't have to tell me I was gonna sit by you regardless.
Anthony: Ew. You guys are gross.
Erika: Tony they're cute af. Don't hate.
Kade: Yeah, Tony. Don't hate.

Just then Jake came and sat beside me. I was sitting in between Kade and Jake, and Jake grabbed my thigh. He looked up and i looked back and smiled. I could tell he wanted to say something.

E: What's wrong?
J: Nothing, How are you doing? No ones bothering you right?
E: Jake, I'm fine

I kiss his cheek for reassurance.

E: Because if you. I'm going to be okay.
J: So are we gonna Hang out today or what?
E: Sure, we can hang. But not 'hang out'

I say trying to tease him a bit. He bites his lip and goes in for a kiss. We kiss for a minute or two and then I hear Tessa scream.

Tessa: KELLY! OVER HERE!

Kelly walks towards us.

Jakes Pov-
I was kissing Erika's luscious lips  when she pulled back because of Tessa's yelling.
When Kelly started towards the table, I could see Erika get annoyed. It still bothered me that Erika didn't like her. But i was NOT going to pick that fight again.
I grab Erika's hand as Kelly sits directly across from her. I tried to keep her calm as much as possible.

Tessa: So kelly, Hows your first day been?
Kelly: *looks at Rik and then back to Tessa* It's been rough. Girls are really hard to get along with.

Was she shading Erika? I look over at Erika and see her making a "well..." face.

Tessa: Oh you got us, right Rik?
Erika: Uh.. yeah. Sure?
Kelly: Thanks guys it means a lot.

After lunch was homeroom. We all had that class together.

Tony: Hey Jake, is there a problem between Erika and Kelly?
Jake: Uh... I don't know? Why?
Tony: I wanna try and get with Kelly, but not if Rik doesn't like her.
Jake: Why do you need Erika approval?
Tony: She's my closest girl friend. And she's pretty dope. Don't want to jeopardize our friendship.
Jake: Oh... Well i don't know if they have  any drama. I'm just the boyfriend.
Tony: I'll ask Erika.

When tony said that, I felt a little Jealousy. Did he like Erika?
I go up to chance to try and see if he knew anything.
He was with Tessa and Erika.

Jake: Hey chance, can we talk?
Chance: Sure, wadddup?
Jake: *looks at Tessa and Erika* ... Alone?

Erika smiles and Tessa rolls her eyes a bit.

Chance: What's up dude?

I glance back behind chance and see Anthony talking to Erika.

Jake: Uhh. Dude we gotta find Tony a chick man.
Chance: We do bro. I was thinking like Kelly or something, but right now he's into E-

He stopped mid sentence. Was he about to say Erika?

J: He's into who?
Chance: ....Everyone man. He's into everyone.

He's lying.

J: Yeah okay, well we can try Kelly.
Chance: But doesn't like Erika hate or or something?
J: Yeah, or something.

I go over to Erika and Anthony, and grab Erika's hand.

J: Yo. What are y'all talking about
E: Anthony just confessed his love for me.

My eyes widen.

Erika: Just kidding haha. Anthony asked me about Kelly.
Anthony: So is that a yes rik?
Erika: I mean i don't care, I don't like her but don't let me stop you from finding love Toner.
Jake&Tony: Toner?
Erika: Yeah it's like Boner, but his name *laughs*

I laugh along with her, but Tony doesn't. Soon after it's the end of the day and Tessa texts the group chat.

Tessa: Hey guysssssss! My mom and Dad left on a mini vacation. Sleepover at mine Thursday & Friday! Who's down?!
Chance: On Thursday and Friday?
Tessa: Yup. We can skip school Friday if you want.
Anthony: I'm down!
Chad&Kade: I'm in!
Erika: Jake and I will be there
Tessa: Yayy! I'll get snacks at stuff!
Erika: T! I'll come get snacks with you!! 
Tessa: Okay! Today after school?
Erika: Alright baby T. ❤️
Chance: Can you get oreos?

Erika's Pov-
I laugh at Chances request.
Just then, last period bell rang and i headed out to look for Tessa.

? :Rik!

I hear someone yell, I turn around and see tessa. I head towards her and she came up to me and hugged me. I hug back. Shes is smiling and she's so excited.

Erika: Baby T! Are you excited?????
Tessa: Yess! Omg Can you stay tonight too? I have to tell you so so much.
Erika: Of corse! We just got to stop by so that I can get clothes!
Tessa: Alright!

We head to the store to grab snacks and left to my house for clothes.
We finally made it to Tessa's House and we went up to her room.

Tessa: Omg I have so much to tell you before the sleepover tomorrow!
Erika: About that, did you invite anyone else besides the group.
Tessa: No just the crew.. Oh and Kelly.

I clenched my teeth when she said Kelly's name.
