Settling The Anger...

For me, anger comes easily,
Because people always bother me.
"You're being different."
"You're changing and I don't like it."
Well I don't like it when you bother my plans,
And I don't like it when you don't try to understand.
I'm okay though, I just lose my temper.
And when I lose my temper, I fall apart all together.
I try to break things and my mind goes bezerk.
That's when the good thoughts leave and the bad thoughts lurk.
I go crazy and I start to zone out,
But I only have one remedy, and she's all I think about.
