Nothing Like Them - Jeon Jungkook

Start from the beginning

Lamia realised that he was wearing something different than what he wore in the morning.
He had something planned for sure.

Her dad and mom talked to him about taking care of her whilst her brother just gave him a mean look.
Her family was skeptical but caring, something that made Lamia want to run away and scream her embarrassment.

But Jungkook didn't mind, in fact he'd be surprised if her family didn't interrogate him once in a while.
After the door closed, he instantly took her hand and walked her to his car.

Being a gentleman, he let her into her seat politely, before going to the other side with a giddy smile.
'She is going to love this.' He thought before fighting off the wide smile on his face as he got into his car.

It was a comfortable ride together, they sung their favourite songs wildly and conversed nicely.
It wasn't a while until they arrived at their destination.

The city square.
Lamia seemed confused at the fact that Jungkook brought her to one of the busiest parts of town.

He didn't say anything though as he guided her amongst the crowd.
Weaving through, they reached a small section when water spouts were.

A seemingly rainbow stream of water splashed upwards, making various shapes and symbols which caught passerbys' attention.
Lamia decided to take a video, smiling at the simple but exciting show.

The last shape the water conjured up was a love heart, which gave Jungkook the idea to give Lamia a backhug.
Lamia froze, she was used to Jungkook's sudden affection but it never failed to get her flustered.

"Y-yah pabo we're in public..."
She whispered, a deep chuckle escaping her boyfriend's lips.

"Whatever birthday girl."
He tickled her and she glared at him.

"Okay that's it-"
A game of hilarious tag began.

The couple ran through the packed streets.
Lamia didn't seemed to care about the fact that her shoes made her feet hurt, she was focused on getting back at Jungkook.

After all he woke her rather rudely earlier.
And she was not fond of being tickled.

"KOOKIE COME BACK HERE!"
She said when she lost sight of him.

Damn her height, where did he go?
Floor paintings caught the corner of her eye and she saw chalk on the square floor.

Patterns enticed her attention and she thought they were pretty good.
It enticed her enough to get jump-scared. Again.

"Boo~"
Jungkook was behind her again, whispering spookily into her ear.

Lamia gasped and looked at his smiling face sadly.
"Don't scare me that!"

She whined and he wrapped his arms around her lovingly.
"Mianhae Noona, I thought it'd be fun."

She gave him a judging expression and he laughed even more.
"This isn't funny."

"It kinda is." He replied.
Lamia tried to get out of his grasp, evidently struggling.

Jungkook made her look up and kissed her forehead.
"I love you." It slipped perfectly out of his mouth.

He couldn't help but say it.
Lamia couldn't help but blush madly.

"...I love you too."
She buried her head in his chest and smiled at his warmth.

Because that's totally why his hugs are the best.
Their differing heights made them look like the cutest pair ever- anyway.

(A/N: Lamia doesn't like being reminded of her adorable shortness XD)

"Thanks for spending the day with me, I know you had to beg your parents a lot."
She laughed and looked up at him.

"Nah, actually I think they're warming up to you."

"Really? FINALLY AH!"
They both burst out laughing before walking hand in hand towards the large fountain in the middle of the square.

They didn't really know what to do anymore, Jungkook had just planned to take her out without any requirements.
Not that he'd tell Lamia of course.

"You know, I think a flower would look great in your hair."
He stated randomly, starting another conversation between the two.

That's the thing, they didn't need to try very hard.
They suited each other no matter what and that's what made their relationship so beautiful to see.

They were just two people, in love with who they thought was the best in the world.
There was Nothing Like Them anywhere else, just in their hearts...

The End ♥️

IS IT BAD THAT I ALWAYS FANGIRL WHENEVER I THINK OF LAMIA AND JUNGKOOK TOGTHER!?
#JUNIAFOREVER ❤️❤️❤️
