It's normal in every kids childhood to have dreams of soaring the world and dreams of achieving a particular career.
Now here's the sad truth.
Hi my name is Lia and trust me I've had one of those crazy dreams of being a lawyer that upholds justice and saves the world just like Spiderman and guess what i ain't even close to achieving the dream yet but life isn't so nice as my parents painted the picture
Infact it's an uglier scene.
Like every other teenager I attend lawmen high school.
Not to brag but It's the best school in town and with parents like mine the school doesn't even cut it with sixteen periods a day and extra school activities.
Yeah right those were all crap!
I would love to continue the introduction but Melanie isn't someone you shut up due to some personal problems of"wait I'm trying to talk to my inner self".
"you know you're probably the craziest girl in school right"
Melanie said angrily.
What a nice way to say good morning don't you think?
"yeah why don't you tell me about it"
I say it coldly and rolled my eyes at her.
She's my bad ass bestfriend and a bitch and a witch and a jerk and a bunch of all other personalities but I guess that what's makes us perfect for each other, just a little differences and I don't really give much attention and age does no biggy there.
"Lia you can't be fucking with me right now. You know what I'm talking about"
And there she goes again whinning about God knows what.
" sadly enough I don't"
I said with much irritation this time.
" fine then. You are just one big bitch aren't you"
Melanie described me in one word
"you Just get me don't you"
and finally a laugh lessens the tense mood earlier.
"so whats up with you lady"
melanie goes trying start a conversation but I wasn't cut out for such right now. I just needed a comforting sofa to dig my face in and feel the weight of all my crap falling on my head.
"well not much... School normal and you bugging me as always"
I reply which gave me a nugde from Melanie
"you know you are a really bad lair right? "
She said.
Crap this are the moments when I wished this dark and lovely beauty wasn't my bestfriend... She knew about Jack!!!! and how I'm definitely not fine after yesterday's drama
"for real I'm fine. That jerk never meant anything to me anyways"
I replied.
"Yh right. The guy you turned to an icy queen to chase all girls in the school away. Ohh that's true The guy you claimed to be your life, your inspiration ,your muse, your heart, your- "
She went on till i cut her off.
"you know what I get it alright! But what do you expect from me"
I cut her off barely holding my tears.
"he just wasn't what I thought he was and yes of course you are free to scream I told you soo in my face"
And there it was I couldn't hold back the tears again.
Damn! She alone knew my soft spot and yes I was fucking vulnerable to her... Jack was the greatest ass ever... I dated him for three years and I felt everything I possibly could towards even just to find out yesterday in a full party In front of almost all the kids in school that he wasn't just "into me" ...imagine he left me just like that after three good years
"you know I wouldn't do that even if I would love to... But Lia bottling it all up won't help you have to let it out and trust me you will feel better after doing that"
Melanie said trying to console me but I just wasnt going to waste any tears on jack.
" you know what mel I won't do that. Wanna know why? Jack isn't worth it and guess what imma put my jacket on get some nice clothes in my closet put Some make up on and slay in school just like every normal day for Lia Manuel-Antonio yeah that's right that's what I am"
I said with a little more attitude this time.
Melanie gave up after trying to convince me and it didn't work.
I put on my blackcrop top that reads

and jean bump shorts with grey sneakers. Yes of course that was my idea of slaying. With entirely no idea of what to do with my great black hair I decided to pack in a stiff ponytail. I put on some black mascara and nude purple lipstick with some dressing on my hair and accessories in my finger and I was set to face another day in school more like world war III
It wouldn't be that bad I chant to myself till I got to the school entrance and what could be the best welcome to school scene
My ex boyfriend since yesterday kissing my all time fierce enemy BECCA HART... Well thank you!!
