But, to Castiel's surprise, Dean actually walks up to one of the houses. Castiel follows, eyeing it suspiciously. It's small, only one floor, and painted a beautiful blue color. It's a decent place. Castiel just wonders what's inside.

"You ready?" Dean asks, standing in front of the door.

Castiel nods. "Yeah. I think. Wait, what's going on?"

Dean unlocks the door, and the first thing Castiel notices is Misha bounding up to them. He jumps up on Castiel, licking his face. Castiel pulls him off, petting him gently to calm him down.

He looks over at Dean, confused. "What's going on?" he repeats.

"Remember how we decided we should get a place together?" Dean reminds him.

Castiel's eyes widen at that. "This — this is ours? Like, for real?"

Dean nods. "Yep. 100% just you and me. Do you like it?" He seems somewhat nervous about it, which is just adorable.

"I love it," Castiel assures him.

Dean smiles, clearly relieved. "Awesome. Come on. I want to give you a tour."

Dean shows him around, starting with a decent sized kitchen and a small dining area. The living room is pretty small, holding a couch with a coffee table, and a love seat facing a flat screen tv. There's only one bathroom, connected to the one bedroom, which has a double bed with another flat screen tv in front, and next to it is a dog bed for Misha.

"So, how is it?" Dean asks again, seeming just as nervous as the first time, now that Castiel has seen the inside. "I know it's kinda small, but I figure it's just us, so that shouldn't be a problem. Obviously, we can change some things if you want. Just say the word and —"

"I love it," Castiel interrupts. "Really. It's perfect."

Misha walks in behind them and curls up in his bed. He glances up at the two boys, then closes his eyes.

"And I think Misha loves it, too."

"Well, I'm glad," Dean replies. "I got lucky when I found a house this close to everything, too. It's less than a ten minute walk to your house, and just over ten minutes to mine."

"That's pretty convenient," Castiel agrees. "But I have to ask, how'd you get Misha here? He was still at the house when you took me out."

"Lucifer was more than willing to help out with that," Dean replies.

"Lucifer willingly gave up his dog friend?" Castiel repeats in surprise.

"He may love Misha, but he loves Destiel more," Dean replies with a shrug. "I guess he likes the idea of the two of us alone at night. And if you don't want to sleep here tonight and wanna wait 'til tomorrow when we can actually really move in, that's totally fine," Dean adds quickly. "I don't like dogs in the car but we could walk back to your place. The leash is here, so that's not a problem."

"You need to relax," Castiel tells him. "Really, Dean. Calm down. Of course I want to sleep here, because then I can sleep with you." Realizing how that sounds, he adds quickly, "As in, sleeping in the same bed, not... other ways."
